No bias there, nope. I think Trump has been pretty open about his agenda, so no clue what this writer is talking about.
Moot because political parties are NOT in The Constitution, but elections are.
If a party cannot present a candidate, tough. It is up to the party to determine who they would put up. The election date is set in stone — by The Constitution.
Sorry, ‘experts’.
Depending on state deadlines, swapping may or may not have been a problem. Some states weren't going to let Anderson get away with it. Apparently, Anderson had to sue to get his way.
His lawyers also argued that "sore loser" laws didn't apply to presidential primary candidates because primaries didn't nominate candidates. That loophole has probably been closed by now.
In another case, Republican running mate James Sherman died six days before the 1912 general election. He wasn't replaced on ballots and the matter was rendered moot by the GOP's crushing defeat.
Was it really a problem? Voters chose a slate of electors who were bound to vote for their party's candidates but could shift to the new nominee if that changed. FWIW, Sherman's replacement was Columbia University's president Nicholas Murray Butler.
Obama wants to be President For Life.
If a party loses a candidate, the election goes on. If they postpone it, every veteran needs to load up and start driving to DC.
This is why I don’t want anything to happen to Hillary health-wise.
It would be an opening for chaos to erupt, and possibly prevail. Legal or not, that’s what would happen.
Let her be healthy enough to suffer an inglorious defeat, then, let all hell break loose.
Are they admitting they have a plan to eliminate Trump?
Zactly.
This is what fear sounds like, when you just must take up this particular navel gazer of an idea, especially DURING a General Election campaign kicking off the final lap on Labor Day.
“The Russians are coming.” “The Russians are coming”... and now THIS. LOL!!
So he says. I assumed they are doing this because they want a crime to remove a candidate.
Hmm.
The attempted cover up of Hillary being at death’s door suddenly makes sense.
He’s “thinkin about” planting doubt.
Just like all snakes in the grass.

Yes! I for one certainly wished for Senator Jeff Sessions, over Pence, as VP. Pence is a real yawner, probably a fine man. Certainly he was not all that energetic on social issues in his state, but these days they are all a compromise, or they get replaced with Marx type clones.
So he acts. He's been pursuing a blistering schedule for over a year - where's the problem? Where's the source of your doubts?
the zombie vote
I don’t even have to read an academic excercise. The Constitution lays it out.
The electors are elected in November. They have until Jan 5 or so to figure out who the President is going to be.
The nation is too big (geographically) to worry about a single event. Do we really think something big enough to shut the elections down in all 50 states.
Some people think they re important. They are not more important than the constitution.
Emergency, emergency! Everyone to get from street!
stages of desperation are like the stages of grief
they’re past shock, through denial, now into excuses
Clinton’s doctor says she is in excellent condition.
Well, that settles that issue if you are an MSM reporter with an IQ below room temperature or the ethics of a rabbit in heat.
Think FDR, Kennedy, Woodrow Wilson—their doctors lied through their teeth for years—and the media covered for them big time.
