Sounds like they are planning to have Hillary step down for health reasons, then postpone the election so Obama can continue to serve. I used to think those who said that Obama would hold on to power were nutters, but this article seems to be floating the idea to see if it will fly.

In Missouri, the winner of the election for Governor, MEL CARNAHAN, died before he was to take office. His WIFRE assumed the duties.
I don’t know if this is a good precedent to follow or if it should be that way, but a precedent it is.
