Notice the Handler is back—Black Bart at the door

I noticed that Black Bart reaches for something in his pocket just before Hillary stumbles out of the van.

Political parties aren’t mentioned in the Constitution at all.

Perhaps there will be a DNC arrangement if Mrs Bill looks set to lose? I guess I can’t speculate any further without having visitors I do not care to meet.

Voting starts in less than six weeks, on Sept. 23 in Minnesota and South Dakota, the first of 35 states plus the District of Columbia that allow people to cast ballots at polling sites or by mail before November 8th.
Iowa will have ballots ready around the end of September, as will Illinois, Idaho, Maine, Nebraska, Vermont and Virginia.

Arizona and Ohio begin voting in October plus North Carolina and Florida will be underway before Halloween.

in 1849, inauguration day fell on Sunday, March 4th. incoming
president Zachary Taylor refused to be sworn in on the sabbath. accordingly, congressman David Rice Atchinson, next in line, was temporarily the president for 24 hours.

there was no uproar, no disruption and the nation survived perfectly well.

nice when the grown-ups run the show.

There is NO Constitutional authority for 0bola to continue as Pres__ent past noon 20 January 2017. Zip, zero, nada.

If fact, the 25th specifically prohibits it.

There is NO authority to postpone the November election nationwide because it is not a nationwide election. It is an election held in 50 states and the District of Columbia. There is more at stake than just the race for President and vice-President. All 435 members of the House of Representatives, one third of the Senate, plus many state and local elections.

The act of 1947 Act of Succession specifies that the office shall go first to the Speaker of the House and then the President pro tempore of the Senate should there be no speaker.

But you are expressing outdated concepts such as ‘the rule of law’ and Constitutionalism. Both of those concepts have been pretty well discarded in the last 5 years.

election does not’get stopped or delayed.

Elections being stopped or delayed is not an uncommon event in countries run by Africans.

So, they’re planning to take Trump out? That will go over real well.

I want to see a full body in the casket, not just a head shot.

I want to place a mirror under her nose for awhile, while she's in the casket.

I want to give her a shot of adrenaline while she's in the casket.

Better bring a mallet with a wooden stake, while you're at it.

In Missouri, the winner of the election for Governor, MEL CARNAHAN, died before he was to take office. His WIFRE assumed the duties. I don’t know if this is a good precedent to follow or if it should be that way, but a precedent it is.

Not true.

Carnahan died three weeks BEFORE the election. The governor said that Carnahan should remain on the ballot, and if his name wins the governor would appoint his wife to fill the seat.

Many of us said this was illegal and unconstitutional, as the candidate must be a living resident of the state, but he was a Democrat and his opponent John Ashcroft was too much the gentleman, so what can you do?

Just to poke the eye further, Jean Carnahan voted AGAINST confirming Ashcroft for Attorney General, so this goes to show that Republican shows of good faith are never returned by Democrats. This is why it is so infuriating when the likes of Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell, Orrin Hatch, and John McCain can't seem to confirm Democrats fast enough.

The experiment in self governance is based on four boxes.

1. The Soapbox
2. The Ballot box
3. The Jury box
4. The cartridge box

We have only reached the last one once before and that didn't go so well.

I fear we are approaching that box again.
