Frankly, this is a declaration of war by the Federal Government against the citizens of the United STATES of America. This federal government is not God, nor does it have the right to subsume rights reserved to the STATES. It is war.

Nothing like having the Executive branch in control of the election process.

BTW-What has Homeland Security really done for us?

Nope.

Having UberAfrican Jeh “laws is for whitey” Johnson in charge of all elections in the United States is a great idea.

Nothing at all could go wrong.

I liked what they did with the Brexit vote. Paper ballots and every ballot was accounted for BEFORE the first vote was counted. Looks like they learned from OUR mistakes.

Moslem Obama will allow criminal illegals TWO VOTES for
every American, and the military votes will be void, again.

There is no further prove needed that ‘they’ know Clinton is going lose and lose badly.

This is lawsuit bait. There is a legitimate national security interest in protecting critical data such as election results. HOWEVER, elections are a state issue, the federal government has limited authority, even the Civil Rights Act was limited to certain states and is of comparatively limited scope.

There is no reason voting needs to be at risk, in Texas I voted using an optical scan ballot (fill in the circle), in Ohio, we used punch cards, in Kentucky I used a mechanical voting machine. None of these methods require the internet. New technology is not always the best solution.

They don’t want to control the elections. They just want all the ballots sent to a secret location where they can oversee the count and make sure it’s conducted properly.

Picture ids, paper ballots, blue thumbs, one bonded dem and one bonded pub accompany every box of completed ballots to the counting location, conducted in public. No counts reported until all counts are completed.

As I stated in another post, the elites have apparently realized that simple voter fraud alone won’t carry the day for Hitlery, so Obama and Jeh are going to ride in on their black horse and save the day.

The Feds have no business interfering with elections which belong to the states.
