The poll showed 40 percent of likely voters supporting Trump and 39 percent backing Clinton for the week of Aug. 26 to Sept. 1. Clinton’s support has dropped steadily in the weekly tracking poll since Aug. 25, eliminating what had been a eight-point lead for her.
Trump’s gains came as Republican support for their party’s candidate jumped by six percentage points over the past two weeks, to about 78 percent.

25% ? Let’s not go overboard. If he’s ahead and wins by 5%, that’s a landslide. Only once since the popular vote was tabulated has a candidate won by more than 25%, and that was Harding over Cox in 1920, where he got a jaw-dropping 26%+ (and 300 Republicans swept into the House, a feat never repeated).
Even the famous landslides came up short: FDR over Landon in ‘36 (24%), LBJ over Goldwater (22%), Nixon over McGovern (23%) or Reagan over Mondale (18%).
Red-Eye Radio, a late nite show that caters to the trucker crowd is very anti-Trump.

Whoever wins the popular vote by even 10%, to be conservative, will have an electoral landslide.
California, New York and Illinois, Ohio, Florida, are a major fraction of the popular vote.
Trump is on message and controls the agenda. That is how you win. Doesn’t hurt that HRC is in hiding, too. She can’t dictate the agenda from a bunker.

It is true that Trump has the most votes of any Republican nominee, and that was split 17 ways.
Trump fills stadiums any where he goes across the country. While at the very same time Hillary has trouble even getting 300 people to show up to a rally.
Yet the main slime media wants us to believe that Hillary will win by a landslide.
For what it's worth tightly lipped Trump internal polling in mid-August had it Trump - Ohio +7%, Florida +10% to 15%, Pennsylvania +10%, and California +3%.
It explains why Hellary is running her ads in Commiefornia.

BTW Nate Silvers thinks Ipsos is biased against Trump by 2 points. Think of this bias as relative to the mass of polling.

Some people think Hillary Clinton is trying to repeat William McKinley's 1896 Front Porch Campaign, but anyone who's seriously studied American history knows that McKinley received some 700,000 visitors (that's a lot back in the days when the railroads were pretty much the only way to get around reasonably quickly) and held frequent public speeches around his house in Ohio. Hillary has just about vanished, making few public appearances (and those public appearances are in small venues!) and nobody is going to visit Hillary at her home in Chappaqua, NY unless they're deep-pocketed donors.
Why aren’t people bringing up her thefts the last time she left the White House and what they did to all the keyboards?

That's an excellent point. I hadn't really thought of that. It would be too funny if the Dems lost because of their own misogynistic base, since they never tire of claiming that we are the ones who hate women.
I only want to see state by state polls. I know they cost more, but I would like to see a poll of 1000 likely voters per state, then drop the states with huge Trump of Hillary margins. No doubt, these are often the internal polls.

<><> use your I-phone to photo your completed ballot showing your Trump vote and your voter number.
<><> photo your official precinct voter registration page.
<><> photo any perceived voter suppression/intimidation BLM-types lurking around the precinct, for example.

Freepers working on the campaign, please suggest this to the Trump staff---urge the Trump campaign staff to establish a “how to report voter fraud” hotline and do so ASAP.
Put the information in a Trump ad with how to document it and report the fraud that was witnessed or heard about. It would be worth the expense.....anyone with fraud to report, do so immediately.
Urge the Trump campaign staff to have a team of lawyers ready to document all reports of voter fraud. Video proof would also be quite helpful with date, time, names (if possible). Perhaps there are retired law enforcement all over the country willing to donate their time to this effort. Veteran volunteers would be very helpful as well. (hat tip extexasredhead)

Trump needs to have this in place BEFORE the election:

<><> purchase datasets of people from Intelius and or Zabasearch.
<><> Merge all and see what pops up.
<><> get the Social Security death index. Make sure that if you are on the ssdi, you aren’t registered to vote.
<><>line up poll watchers for precincts with abnormal turnout.
As to the vote side: see if there is a way to demand a paper trail through the court system of the states. If the integrity check of the machines fails, ask for an order for paper ballots. Machine-only precincts have paper ballots in case of a power outage or hard drive crash. (hat tip BigEdLB)
