They were sneaking in an ear piece for the moderator AND they did all this in front of the audience, right? GOOD GRIEF! How gullible does this jerk think people are?
I think you are very wrong.......
LOL, or die in vain in Fort Marcy park.
And I may be, so you may be right.
Needed to hear the Klintoon staff
There are no rules for these guys.
Hillary has been at this for many years giving answers to questions posed by the media, etc.
Anyone adept at this only has to allude to the question and then begin a spill about the topic
regardless of whether it is a direct answer or just a generalization of the topic. She
has done this for many years whereas Trump hasn’t had the experience at this. During Trump’s
campaign appearance you’ll notice him start some thought/topic only to wonder away from
it for a little bit before he gets back on it.
Trump did well but needs to learn to be much tighter and more specific with his responses.
That comes with time and practice. JMO.
Well, it was a raw pool feed; they might not have been aware that it was being aired. The camera was above and behind them, so they wouldn’t have seen even the little blinking light on the camera that tells you it is live.
I have a rather extensive satellite TV system, and often get raw pool and network feeds that aren’t supposed to be seen by the peasantry, or the talking heads don’t know are live (like a hot mic they think is off). Some of the stuff I see and hear at those times is just the opposite of what they say when the network puts it out.
Trust me. This was a lifetime opportunity for him, actually he was tapped for a career bonus. These people like Holt could care less about their “professional reputation”. He will be a weekend legend in the Hamptons, not real worried about his rep in the flyover.
others agree with you
I don’t think he’ll skate on last nights activity.
Lester Holt had an ear piece. I thought the moderators were banned from having one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H17Yl8uHVFw
But apparently an ear piece is allowed but Holt can only hear the producer:
But it works differently at general election debates organized by the commission. The only person in Holts ear will be the commissions longtime executive producer, Marty Slutsky, who has produced all of the debates since 2000.
Slutsky keeps track of time and lets moderators know when they have to wrap up the debate. http://money.cnn.com/2016/09/25/media/lester-holt-nbc-presidential-debate/
They should hsave the debate with no moderator, and take as much time as they need or want.
first one to leave or collapse loses :)
Lester Dolt needed to be told what to ask to make Hitlery look good.
I’m really kind of shocked at some of the laziness freepers are displaying and the “alex jones” mentality. They clearly said that Holt would have an earpiece to communicate with the executive producer for logistics, timing, commercials, etc... I’m not saying that he wasn’t being fed questions or other information, against the rules. But it has been stated for a week he would have an earpiece. Unless someone can prove what he was hearing in his ear, it is probably best to drop it.
Also, you are right about the mic. Both trump and illary had lapel mics along with the podium mic. It was back-up and in case they stepped away from the podium. The bump on her back was the mic pack. Although the wire seemed awfully big and that is not how I would have run it to her collar.
Let’s hammer lester about his obvious bias and protection of illary. The media loves it when we go alex jones as it makes FR look stupid.
Could the audience not see what was going on - aired or not?
How about a moderator who would be totally unbiased and neutral?Maybe someone like Billy Graham Jr.?
Looks like the inside of somebody’s ear.
