I’m in Maine.
Hillary is leading the entire state 48% to 44%, but I think it’a southern Maine...CD 1....that’s reporting.....the liberal part of the state.
CD 2 is 80% of Maine, of which Bangor is a small part. It’s just too early to call it.

3.2 M votes counted Trump up 10%. Total BS not called yet.
Recount law in Pennsylvania: “0.5% or less for a candidate for public office which appears on the ballot in every district in the Commonwealth”
Right now that would require an estimated winning margin of 26,700 votes... that could be a tall order.

From the NYT about PA: “We think about 1,506,000 votes remain to be counted. We think Donald J. Trump leads in that vote by about 8.9 points, based on what we know about those counties and the votes counted so far.”
