Don't tell me Hillary Clinton won the popular vote.

Our son sent us an email which, in part, said this:

Hillary Clinton stole the extra votes to win the popular vote by ballot stuffing, people voting multiple times, dead people voting, criminals voting, machines voting the wrong way, absentee ballots and ballot applications being ripped up, and by having the entire media running her campaign. Don't tell me she won the popular vote.

Excellent points, I would say.

Don’tr forget that both Hillary and Obama were making statements intended to encourage illegals to vote.

After all, that is the core reason the democrats have thrown the borders open to illegals and brought in many thousands of Obama’s African and Mid-East muslim ‘refugees’.

And it is why they have seeded communities in lightly populated ‘Red States’ with Somalis, Syrians and other immigrant groups.

That was the purpose of the electoral....to protect the election process from "block voting".

Read 55 men and the constitution. There is a chapter in there where they discuss what happens when there are so many "gimme" people and the devastating power they might wrought in the future. It's how Obama won...and they predicted it 200 years ago.

This is really worth the read.

Don’t think many of the military votes are included.

Does it make a rat’s a.. difference. The electoral college vote is how we elect the
President of the USA. That said it is very possible for her to win the pop vote with
large pop states voting for her by large numbers and small pop states voting Trump by
much smaller numbers.

example: She won CA by over 2.5 million votes. That offsets several small state wins by Trump.

She lost the popular vote of the Americans. Her only real support comes from non-Americans.

Hillary won the dead people vote. "Manuel,. why are you crying"?

I’ve heard that on both FOX and CNN. They said that the absentee ballots don’t get counted on election night unless there are enough of them to change the winner. Also, provisional ballots cast by those who register on election day aren’t counted either until they can be matched with actual people.

Besides that Democrats now want to change the rules after
the fact. Both Clinton and Trump campaigned in a fashion
that was cognizant of the rules. That’s why folks in
Wisconsin suffered a barrage of Trump and Clinton ads for
the last six months and folks in California probably didn’t
see any. Why? Because no amount of political ads was going
to change the outcome in California, but swing states like
Wisconsin were up for grabs.

If the election was decided by the popular vote, the
campaigns would have been run much differently. And
Trump would have still won. Trump won because of all the
candidates that threw their hat in the ring from all the
parties, Hillary Rodham Clinton was the worst of the lot.

I would agree that’s how she got a significant number of votes.

But if Trump could end up with the popular vote, too, it would remove that meme from the pundits, and suck out that ridiculous talking point. Then we wouldn’t have to hear THAT again.

Trump will end up winning the popular vote if he wins it. We should not play the stupid game of acting like the popular votes was stolen or whatever nonsense meme is out there. Let spend our effort reminding people the popular vote is meaningless. Does anyone think if Trump won the popular vote all of the Marxist useful idiots would now be out looking for work?

When counting votes under the applicable rules, a complete count is mathematically unnecessary. Since counting a vote isn’t free, there’s millions of votes which don’t need counting (winner already decided), and no rules otherwise need the complete numbers, the popular vote count is invariably incorrect.

And... Does the Left REALLY want us to get into counting all votes? Their corruption would be exposed!

Just a couple points. We are not a nation governed by opinion, media, feelings or political correctness. We are governed by law and the foundation for our law is the Constitution.

The Electoral College is embodied in the Constitution in Article 2, Section 1, and in the 12th Amendment.

If the whiners don't like our Constitution, they can amend it. Yea, there's provision for that. What there's not provision for is the ability to usurp the Constitution through so-called activist (treasonous) judges or Presidential (treasonous) Executive orders.

Regarding voting in general - the Republican party has done a dismal job of stopping voter fraud. Americans should not tolerate having their vote discounted by illegal aliens, dead people, corrupt polling officials etc. We need a system that will guarantee one legal voting person - one vote.

For all you liberals out there - just a final thought from a Kenyan, "Elections have consequences!"

Regarding the ‘popular vote’ I am reminded of this fact: the 1960 NY Yankees outscored the Pirates 55 to 27 in 7 games. But the Pirates won four of the seven. The Yankees won the ‘popular vote’ and the Pirates were the World Champs.

Besides, Trump was not trying to win the popular vote. He was playing the game as it is configured, which is to win the electoral college, which he did convincingly.

Correct. Going to win the popular vote is like playing checkers. Going to win the electoral college ( which is the only vote that matters ), is like playing chess. Trump was playing chess. If the goal were the popular vote, he would have spent his resources differently. With the electoral college, he knows CA is going to the Dems, so he doesn't have to spend that much in CA. If it were the popular vote, he would have spent more and garnered more votes to increase his popular vote count.

I thought Trump surpassed her the other day in the popular vote. Is there anyway to look that up? It doesn’t matter anyway, Trump kicked her fat cankle supported criminal ass, good riddance.

Actually, if it could be proved that Trump won the popular vote, then it would completely destroy the only thing that these rioters can use to justify their rioting and complaining.

Then they would have NO basis for petitioning the EC.

But I don't think they'll claim voter fraud to get Trump elected because it would come back to bite them. If it were investigated, it would show that THEY engaged in the fraud, which is why I think that we are not seeing any calls for recounts or claims of election rigging to get Trump in.

Indeed and here are the problems the Left must face:

—Getting 37 electors to change their votes. 1 is enough of an anomaly (I think one in WA said they would vote for Caine not Clinton?) The electors are put in by the parties or the candidates, etc and are unlikely to change

—It’s in the Constitution. To get rid of it you’d need an amendment which has to pass both houses and then be ratified by 38 of the 50 states, I believe, and as it is red or swing states would not want to change. The ERA was proposed in the 1920 and “time ran out” on it in 79. The best it could do was 38 states. Amendments are rare and can take a long time to go through.

—It’s not like the President can issue an executive order (hope not) or Congress can pass a law. And if faithless electors roll Trump back to 269 it’s voted on by the House I believe; GOP control.

California cast 500,000 less votes than Florida. Go figure.

Even in a state that is “her’s”, they couldn’t do better than Florida in total votes. What a joke.

Although I realize it serves the media’s and academia’s purposes to push the idea of a “popular vote,” in reality there is no such thing. There are 50 state elections. Period. And yes, your point is well taken. When you throw into the mix things like illegal aliens, dead people, those voting multiple times, screwed up voting machines, and other forms of illegal votes — nearly all of which go Democrat — no one really knows what the genuine vote totals are.
