That’s what I would’ve done, long ago.
Israel worked with us as a missile defense "end-run" around the ABM Treaty restrictions for years - a good portion of our current ballistic missile defense technology was R&D'd with Israeli partnership.
As for THAAD testing, much of that takes place at our missile test range near the Marshall Islands in the Pacific.
