Birmingham, ALABAMA The mother of Leigh Corfman, who says that Alabama Senatorial Candidate Roy Moore tried to engage in a sexual encounter with her when she was 14, has contradicted a key detail of Corfmans story. Speaking by phone to Breitbart News on Saturday, Corfmans mother, Nancy Wells, 71, says that her daughter did not have a phone in her bedroom during the period that Moore is reported to have allegedly called Corfman purportedly on Confmans bedroom phone to arrange at least one encounter.

If the girl is hearing special voices in her head, does she actually need a real phone to understand the message?

She probably made up the story years ago to impress her friends cuz that's what stupid girls do.

The lies and liars never stop from the Uniparty. Round them up. Plenty of room at GITMO.

Am I reading this right? The alleged "sexual conduct" stopped just short of what we would call necking and petting (or somewhere between second and third base) back when I was a teen in the 1970s?

People’s memory about events long ago can be very “flexible”.
Especially if there is someone providing incentive to remember certain things.

Most homes in the 70’s had one phone attached to wall with an extension cord...
A second phone cost money...
Most could not afford especially one in a teenage girl room...

I had a phone in my room in 1970, which I shared with 2 sisters. It only lasted a few months before my mom called the phone company to remove it.
When the service man came by to disconnect, Mom told him it had already been disconnected, and handed him a paper back full of parts.

Bububut he no doubt INTENDED to call her on that non-existent bedroom phone, so the details don’t matter.

Now that’s a great story! In no small part because phones back then were darn near indestructible - you must have had a strong mom!

The voters will make their choice.
Who are you going to believe?
A solid Conservative who has never wavered in the fight against evil or the wapo which has sided with evil on every occasion?

We had one phone in the kitchen and one phone in either the hall upstairs or my parents bedroom. All I remember was there was NO PRIVACY when a boy called ; )

It doesn’t seem to dawn on anyone that the ‘single’ phone in the house could have a 25’ cord that would reach to the alleged victim’s bedroom.
