Kim likes and admires Trump. There’s no other way to interpret this extraordinary proposal.
Kim is trying to drag this out. I think I read earlier today here that he is only going to meet with Trump for a few hours and take off for home.

What this could mean is that they would like to put out no-substance vague feel-good declaration and lure Trump into Pyongyang where Kim shines like a god. And then they will drag out the process.
Would NK turn Singapore summit into a quickie photo op? It is starting to look that way.

Well, right off the bat....where exactly would the President stay? No embassy there. Hotel? Go ask hotels in NK if they have a Presidential suite....they will just start laughing.
I could see this being made into a movie. Some White House guy going hotel to hotel....trying find something above a two-star operation.
It would make more sense to have these joint meetings in Singapore.
