Napolitano: Trump’s Behavior is ‘Criminal and Impeachable’ — And His ‘Allusions to Violence are Palpably Dangerous’
Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano argued in a column and video published on FoxNews.com Thursday morning that President Donald Trump’s “criminal behavior” with regard to Ukraine is impeachable, and that his threats against the whistleblower are dangerous.
The column opens by noting that “the criminal behavior to which Trump has admitted is much more grave than anything alleged or unearthed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and much of what Mueller revealed was impeachable,” before outlining the specifics of the Ukraine scandal currently presenting an existential threat to his administration.

Nappy is dead wrong - from the legal POV. That says volumes about his “expertise” in that field.
The President is the chief LEO of the federal government. That he has an AG, and various investigative agencies, doing this on a full-time basis doesn’t alter this fact - they work for HIM (i.e. whomever is POTUS at any point in time), but the final responsibility (and authority) is his.
We also have treaty obligations with Ukraine (signed during Monica’s boyfriend’s administration, no less) to actively share information regarding ongoing investigations.
Nappy is so wrong on this issue that it is stunning. He used to be pretty decent...but I think that he was rebuffed for a potential nomination, or for the AG’s spot (that Barr got), or something similar for him to have turned into a Fredocon in such a short time.
Fox should get rid of this asswipe.
