Voters between the ages of 18 and 29 cast their ballots in favor of Democrats 63 percent of the time in the 2022 elections, exit polling data found.
Data from NBC exit polls found that the demographic, comprised of Generation Z and the Millennials, voted 63 percent for Democrats and just 35 percent for the Republicans.
The age demographic accounted for 12 percent of the electorate, in contrast to those aged 30 to 44, who made up 21 percent of the electorate and voted 51 percent for Democrats and 47 percent for Republicans, the exit poll data found.

My 20 and 24 year old sons voted straigh Republican. These kids coming straight out of college liberal land are voting and they’ll vote for the democrats.
Maybe not getting aborted makes them feel special. A population that is capable of murdering innocence like that is capable of standing by when their government ensures a similar atrocity happens to you and me.

The Depression, WWII, and Baby Boomer generations allowed the education system, from kindergarten to post graduate school, to be taken over by the left in the 1960’s and 1970’s. In addition the federal bureaucracy was taken overt by the left. Bureaucrats flow federal funds to leftist groups which in turn use the money to organize and indoctrinate our youth. Young voters are the product of woke education which we permitted.
Well of course. We turned over our kids to the enemy.
Public schools, entertainment, social media.

Exactly. I bet people in this age range are more likely to talk to exit pollsters. Exit pollsters probably fill their quota of respondents they need to get in this age range really quickly.
Many of the people in this age range who voted D were probably eager to talk about it.
The ones who voted R were probably too cowed to state as much to anyone since they are surrounded by their squawking D-voting cohorts.
The “Hitler Youth” of woke indoctrination are coming of age.
If you are 18-29 and live with Mom and Dad you simply don’t care about record inflation or how Mom and Dad struggle to put food on the table. Its the GIMMEE GIMMEE GIMMEE generation.

It will be interesting how they deal with a recession that none of then has ever experienced. I doubt that they will like it very much.

Spiritually they live in a craphole created by the cultural revolutionaries of the 1960’s.
My prediction is tough economic times are coming globally and for a longer duration than experts predict. Tough times can change people’s attitudes for better or worse depending on the individual.
I won’t be around when these people are in their 50’s & 60’s but I doubt they’ll all be liberals at the margins mentioned. Liberals have always done well with the youth, but that changes as people grow older.
