The people of CNN are as guilty as the Communists they promote.

RE: Darn! I was hoping for at least a bloody nose or two..

Yes, that’s what the Leftist lapdog media was hoping to have for heartfelt interviews with downtrodden victims of capitalist exploitation.

What is sad is once again there will be zero accountability. Taxpayers foot the whole bill which is millions and the DA will let every little criminal walk w/o any prosecution.

It’s infuriating. The only Silver lining is this turns off Independent voters and away from these Democrats.

They probably did, but it looks like the police are handling it very professionally and methodically. My opinion of these universities in general has deteriorated even more.

There’s nothing new about professional agitators whipping stupid college kids into a frenzy with lies.

If you’re on here to push that its going to be a rough ride. Better you just GTFO. Now.

This is all fake drama—protest, policing filming and taking selfies, everyone standing around, only getting worked up when the cameras and lights show up, then time for a break.

And nothing to get hung about

Strawberry fields forever

Where did all the plywood come from? Must be several hundred sheets.

Hope the police don’t have to save everything as evidence. Can you imagine? Two warehouses and thousands of hours of tagging. Probably should be donated to the truly poor people.

There is horrible spray painting of slogans and vulgarity all over on the buildings and stone pillars and walls outside.
Will be costly to clean and repair.

We should force the rioters to clean it all with toothbrushes and Mr.Clean pads. We won’t.
“We” meaning good people.

The ones that left voluntarily before police moved in have relocated to Dickson Plaza and refuse to leave. Obscenities are being yelled at officers who are across the plaza.
There’s only about 25 of them. Police vastly outnumber the anarchists.
Police are waiting for the university to let them move in.

I agree that Lookner is a liberal. That said, he does a pretty good job of relaying basic info that is helpful to understand the situation.

The state universities like UCLA are state property. CHP is the state police so they take the lead. The other agencies are backup to CHP. USC is a private university on private land inside LA, they don’t have to deal with mayor or governor etc so they called the LAPD to break it up right away.

The cops treated them like a good parent treats a petulant child. Gave them plenty of warning to knock off their temper tantrum, then slowly took away their toys, the sent them their rooms… then brought them food and milk and gave them a good talking too (yes they didn’t even take them into the jail they processed them outside the jail, fed them, and cut them loose with a notice to appear misdemeanor charge).

“Like that better than neurotic Looknerd.”

I got tired of Lookner saying the same things over and over again.

Smoke N’ Scan also does great commentary on live police chases.

actually LAPD had been stationed on perimeter for some time due to public street demonstrations, and the mayor said she had been in touch w/LAPD initially. the first we saw of CHP was this a m to my knowledge.

You accidently used the same screen name/password combo for FR and Stormfront.

Embarrassing.

UCLA has a police department as well...It is not that big however...

CHP is a bigger agency...My wild guess...Governor Newsom called UCLA Chancellor Block on Wednesday...He told Chancellor Block that camps must be cleared out...He then sent CHP units to UCLA...Making CHP the lead agency in clearing out operation...

Chancellor Block could ignore Mayor Karen Bass...He will not take orders from her...However, Chancellor Block cannot ignore Governor of California...

USC has a security force...Department of Public Safety...Its officers are dressed like cops...But, they are not peace officers...USC officers do carry guns however...They also must have police academy training...

USC had to call LAPD...There is no way that USC security force could have dealt with Hamas supporters on its own...

I am skeptical that the LA City Attorney would actually file charges against Hamas supporters...City Attorney usually would handle misdemeanor cases...

But, I do believe that most of those arrested will not return to UCLA campus to set up tents again...
