A Fresno County Superior Court judge ordered Wednesday the release of the names and addresses of 154 voters who cast provisional ballots in Fresno County for the 30th Assembly District.

Judge Gary S. Austin ruled the release of provisional voter's names, home telephone numbers and signatures were public record, and lifted a stay issued Monday that stopped the counting process.

Military ballots have the post mark rule.

I have a question for you. Suppose someone inside the postal service was PAID OFF to delay the arrival of these ballots? How would anyone be able to prove it? Remember, the democRATS had ALMOST TWO MILLION DOLLARS to play around with. I put nothing past them. Dean Gardner is getting screwed royally.

And the CA GOP has no leadership at all.

They have leadership, all right, a bunch of ball-less fools more interested in maintaining their "empires" than helping other Republicans.

I think Cox hates conservatives. I think that's the real problem - and he's more concerned about maintaining his own "empire". Dean Gardner is a true blue conservative. That's one of the reasons, in my opinion, why Cox wouldn't help Dean Gardner. Also, Cox and the other Republicans in charge of the world got scared off by all the democrap money. Cox and his cronies have no convictions to support their positions. They're going on polls, power, and POOP!

Please see my post #48 (about my suspicions as to why the military ballots were received too late and had to be pitched). Lemoore Naval Air Station is in this district.

Well, I saw Parra's name on the new roster at the capitol. However, Dan Walters' column in today's Sac Bee says about this race: ". . . there's still the outside possibility of judicial intervention." No one has addressed the issue of 1,500 military ballots that were thrown out (Lemoore Naval Air Station is in this district). It ain't over until the fat lady sings, FReeper pals. For victory & freedom!!!

Newsflash - The Grand Jury is investigating democrat shenanigans in the State Assembly 30th District race (California). Nicole Parra (Dem) has declared herself the winner and will be sworn in Monday. BUT HER REIGN MAY BE SHORT LIVED. READ ON ABOUT VOTER FRAUD UP THE WAZOO!!

Here's the latest: The Grand Jury is investigating. From a reliable source: There were 1,500 ballots in Kern County alone that were thrown out (absentee ballots) because the REAL signature on the outside of the envelope of the ballot did not match the phony signature provided by the UFW (United Farm Workers) on the inside ballot. These were all from high-propensity absentee Republican voters. Also, out of 200 provisional ballots investigated, 67 had voted twice, 47 did not live in the district, and 23 were not even citizens.

And don't even get me started on the 1,500 military absentee ballots that were thrown out; Lemoore Naval Air Station is in this district.

Also, there was a gift of fresh flowers that was sent to democrat voters; follow-up investigation by Gardner's attorneys posing as Parra supporters, found that the voters all said that the flowers had made them decide to vote for Nicole and when asked "and how many times did you get to vote" the numbers ranged from two to six. It is against the law to spend more than $1.00 per voter for such gifts.

This is such a disgrace; you'd think the democrats would be humiliated and disgusted. When Nicole is sworn in on Monday, I'm going to stage a one-woman protest at the capitol. She does not deserve to serve in the Assembly with the likes of RAY HAYNES! Have a great Thanksgiving, anyway, pals. For victory & freedom!!! Saundra

Keep up the good fight, but I am somewhat pessimistic because I believe the ultimate judge of the election is the Assembly (not the courts) -- which the Rats control by a comfortable margin. The investigation is still worthwhile because her seat will be up for election in only two years.

Even with all the fraud, she could only eke out a slim victory. The GOP establishment should be ashamed for not giving any support to Gardner.
