It appears that the Indians weren't ehr first to arrive in America. Perhaps we should identify who these Giants were and then call them the true title of Native Americans.

Are any of these "remains" or artifacts still in existance? If so where? Otherwise what happened to them?

The Nephilim? Im not a creationist but I think some of Genesis can be informative about ancient history if you read between the lines.

"Are any of these "remains" or artifacts still in existance? If so where? Otherwise what happened to them?" Yes. There are some in a museum in Ohio somewhere. I had an article with pictures at one time but, I can't locate it anymore. (There's something to these 'tall man' skeletons, I just don't know what.) BTW, some have two rows of teeth, for real.

It seems that people have been finding them for some time now. I don't remember hearing about this in school. Why has this been so hush hush all these years?
So the Indians weren't the first to be here? Did the Indians come here and conquer these (gentle) 'giants?' If so, why did they ever complain that this was their land first?

Genesis 6:1-4 (NIV): When men began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. Then the Lord said,. "My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be one hundred and twenty years.
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days- and also afterward- when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heros of old, men of renown.
Per my NIV Life Application notes, the Nephilim were a powerful race of Giants. If you continue to read the rest of the story, God then caused the flood 120 years later after these "sons of God" procreated with humans. Again, my NIV notes say some believe these sons of God to be fallen angels, or the sons of good Seth (sons of God) who intermarried with the decendants of evil Cain (daughters of men). The King James version describes Noah as a man "perfect in his generations," thus he was sparred from the great flood (Gen. 6:9).

The Nephilim? Im not a creationist but I think some of Genesis can be informative about ancient history if you read between the lines. This, IMHO, is one of the most fascinating fields of study regarding human origin/creation. The traditional story of Noah and the flood is heavy on "man was doing wrong so God destroyed them" and light on explanation of who/what the Nephilim were and what role they played in the story. Either the common teachings of parts of the Bible have been dumbed-down for the sake of broader desimination, or a big piece of Earth's and man's history is being overlooked. Everyone knows about Noah and the flood, but say the word "Nephilim", and you get a lot of puzzled looks.

I posted these images once before. About two months ago. They were "pulled: by the admin moderator.
(Btw, It was very quick.... within some twenty/twenty five seconds from the original post and it was "gone". When I "hit my ping list,... the post had already been "pulled. Upon inquiring,. I was told that it was an "offensive post")
These pics are of the tallest living woman in present day Norway. She is 7' 5" tall.
(She is not the tallest woman in the world. There is another woman who is 7' 8")
Therefore, I shall "post" it once more"
Pull it or even Ban me if you must.......
I do not understand the "offensiveness" of these pictures

Genesis, 6th chapter:(Paraphased) "In those days giants walked the earth"
Well, it looks to me like there are a few still around....

Seems highly improbable that so many examples have been found, yet are not locateable in a museum.
There are some artifacts of a very short race that had mines in the Appalachians. These are in the Smithsonian. No fossils have been found, but the mines and tools were too small for normal people.
