Ancient Pyramids Discovered in Italy

02-May-2003

On the Farshores website, Marco V. of Varese, Italy writes, "You may be interested in a discovery which has been recently made: three pyramids were discovered thanks to satellite and aerial imagery in northern Italy, in the town of Montevecchia…

They are the first pyramids ever discovered in Italy and the dimensions are quite impressive; the highest pyramid is [500 feet] tall. They are stone buildings, as recent excavations have proved. However, they are now completely covered by ground and vegetation, so that they now look like hills.

"The inclination degree of all the three pyramids is 42/43° and there is a perfect alignment with the Orion constellation (there are a lot of similarities to the Egyptian pyramids).

Their age is still undefined although they are surely older than 3,000 years.

Nothing was found nearby which may help to date the structures and in the area there was not any civilization able to build similar structures at the time (the people who lived there were mainly gatherers and hunters)."

I don't know where you are on His scale.

Then perhaps that's what you should go with.

They keep finding them, and ORION orientation seems to be a theme.... This is getting beyond the point of coincidence.

Yes, agreed a pyramid is a basic shape... so the fact they are found all over isn't that suprising to me... what is suprising is the Orion orientation connection that many seem to have.... there is a reason for this, its not mere coincidence.

In the days before steel and cranes, if you wanted to build a stone building that was high, the only way to do it was in steps with various levels built on top of each other.

There is nothing particularly strange about seeing pyramidal structures all over the world. This is the only way to build a building that is over 30 feet high when you just have stone.
