Almost as bad as threatening you with violence and saying that you are a member of NAMBLA in a public forum.

You rant and rave about fudge-packing, baby killing, blah, blah, blah,.... and you are voting for Blago in the general election. That says it all.

You are a loudmouth, a coward, a slanderer, and a hypocritical lunatic.

You will die bitter, alone, angry, and disappointed.

Don't let BlackElk know you are taking a bath... he'll be looking through your window. BTW what interest do you have in an Illinois primary election?

The piece of crap said I took talking points from NAMBLA. He challenged me to a fight too. When I told him I'm game he ignored me. He is a homosexual in self denial and a certifiable lunatic. Just look at his posts complete with rabid anti-gay rhetoric that only solidifies my claim that he is a closet homo, and the long winded ramblings who's monotony is only broken by added capitalizations and extra punctuation marks.

    Ignore this you raving lunatic:

    1. You offer no response from my offer that we meet up after threatening to beat me up in a bar? And you accuse me of hiding behind my keyboard you loud mouthed grandstanding wimp? I'm over on Damen and Belmont, due West of the Boystown bath houses you frequent, we could have our get together in between those 'business appointments' you are telling your wife you are going to.

    2. Now it comes out you don't even reside in Cook County and you are a transplant from another state... further justifying my claims that you know absolutely nothing of which you speak.

    3. A final word of advice Counselor (LOL) Adding capitol letters and lots of exclamation points do not make your argument any stronger. You need to use reason and have a command of the English language to make a persuasive argument. Maybe that's the reason why your legal 'career' was cut short, and you choose to ignore me as I crush every one of your feeble minded arguments.

4.The bottom line is that you are such a fool that you would choose to vote for a liberal Democrat to send some sort of message... The same thing you are pathetically attempting to pillory me for doing by voting for Claypool over Stroger. The only message you are sending is an electronic one to the State Board of Elections Office that tells them to add 1 vote for Blago.

You want to say I got my talking points from NAMBLA? You are accusing me of molesting children you piece of shit? I am challenging your manhood you fucki*g queer... freepmail me a time and place where I can teach you some respect or apologize and tell everyone that you are a pussy who just talks a big game.

    'reasonably despises fudge-packing'

Based on your eloquently worded and 'well reasoned' rants, I assume you are no longer practicing law.

I think you need to go back and read what I actually typed, your 'arguments' have strayed so far off of what I said, I don't think FR has enough bandwidth to handle the amount of backtracking I need to do to get you back on course.

By the way, most people who want to fight if you insinuate they are gay usually are, but if you want to freepmail me a meeting place and time you can take your best shot.

    1. My screen name is spelled that way on purpose (inside joke)

    2. Read your history, I specifically said WWI not what he did in WWII.

3.'You (personally) may pay higher taxes in any event (I hope, I hope, I hope)'

This quote defines you not as a conservative, but a bitter, confused, (and so threatened by any mention of homosexuality) a possible closeted queer, and an angry individual who, just as a liberal does, feels that other peoples high taxes are their gain. Also, your rudimentary understanding of how State and County entities can both raise taxes and pass intrusive laws suggests you probably haven't passed your 10th grade civics course yet. (Keep trying... if you are in doubt fill in letter 'C' on the multiple choice test) All I was suggesting was to cast a vote in a race that mattered. You still have the insane belief that supporting a candidate 30 points behind in the polls the day before the election would 'send a message' to somebody. I don't think you know who would receive that message, but at least you are transmitting right?

Not that I needed to expose you any further as the fool you are, your words have done enough to prove that point.

That was a rant for the ages my friend. I still cannot get my head around the logic that by voting for Blago, you are upholding conservative principals. You can't possibly disagree that JBT is at least a fiscal conservative who's social views do not differ from Blago's. By voting for him you are throwing the baby out with the bath water... all the while hoping that he will be arrested and indicted while in office. Remember Bill Clinton? His numbers went up after he was impeached. Remember Dan Rostenkowski? After 2 years of a Republican nobody holding his seat, we got Clinton stooge and Dem. party machine loyalist Rahm Emanuel installed forever.

You are an ideological zealot so blinded by rage that you can't see the reality of Illinois and Cook County politics. I'll assume you are young and have no recollection of the stranglehold the Dem. Machine has on this area of the State.

Insane ideas like voting for Blago. in hopes he will be arrested any sooner or voting for The Constitution Party are absolutely useless. Why not harness all of that energy and try to get a strong and electable conservative that can win not only the primary but the general election too?

I'll hold my nose and vote for JBT. I'll take what I can get for now, but still work to make the GOP in Illinois a viable and electable party again. Right now it is not. Mostly due to impatient and selfish people like yourself who cannot see the larger picture. Work together to reform and re-unite the party. Just think if Brady or Gidwitz dropped out as any pragmatic person would have done and thrown their support behind Ober. Just 50% of their support would have put him over the top. We all made fun of that nut Dennis Kuccinich staying in the Presidential race till the end in 2004 when his poll numbers barely registered, why isn't it justified to say the same thing of Brady or Gidwitz?

Finally, voting for Claypool was the only sane thing to do this election. It was the ONLY race that was in contention that would 1. lower taxes and fight the corruption of the Daley Machine and 2. Take out one of the strongest member of the machine and not allow the Dem central Committee to handpick an unelected successor to Stroger when it is finally revealed he cannot perform his duties after the stroke.

Rather than quote strategy from General Patton, maybe you should quote strategy from Marshall Peitan from WWI. He believed that charging thousands of men into a wall of machine gun fire across a hundred yards of muddy fields over and over again was an excellent strategy for victory.

Nobody could paint Iraq as a safe and happy place right now. The problem is if you watch and read the MSM every day, and don't do any independent looking, you would think that as soon as you walked out of the Green Zone you would be shot, kidnapped, or tortured by rouge US Soldiers. The perception the MSM has created is that the entire country of Iraq is functioning like the small area inside the Sunni Triangle which couldn't be further from the truth.

There are only a few provinces that are dangerous and violent right now. The vast majority of the country is peaceful and starting to recover from Saddam and the war. The problem is the MSM stays where the action is. Their ratings would be in the toilet if they led each newscast with an economic analysis of household income of Kurds or increases in nationwide megawatt output. 'If it bleeds it leads' is the line they like to use... to deny this is to deny reality.

Polls have been closed in Cook County for 5 hours now and less than 50% reporting. When I was an election judge, we were finished in about 45 minutes and I was home in time to watch the 10 o'clock news.

Topinka will win... she was going to win from day 1.

As much as I liked Oberweis, I took a dim ballot and voted for Claypool over the corrupt Idi Amin... er John Stroger for Cook County Board President. It looks like it will be close, and for once my vote may count towards a winner in Illinois.

The GOP has a long way to go to get back to a winning and conservative party in this State. Between Oberweiss, Gidwitz, and Brady acting like children and not uniting to beat a terrible candidate like JBT, it shows we have a lot more work to do.

Good book. I still remember reading about the riot in Turin where the United supporters all peed in the fountain in the main square just ran down the street in a phalanx and beat the hell out of everyone... scary stuff.

I'll be there for the first week of the tournament. No tickets of course as another '3rd way' sought by Europeans to distribute tickets turned into another clusterfu*k.

Maybe watching neo-Nazi's and Muslims pound on each other for a while may erase some of the bitterness I'm feeling about getting shut out.

'It still makes a big difference if Judy wins 90% to 10% vs 52% 48%.'

A loss is a loss. I wanted Ober. to win since he announced. It's clear he wont, and the important race that is close is Cook County Board President. With the snow downstate, and chances of one of the 3 conservatives beating JBT under perfect conditions already being slim to none... slim just left town.
