Following in the steps of his reality TV star wife-turned-activist Kim Kardashian West, rapper Kanye West will be meeting with President Trump and the president's son-in-law Jared Kushner at the White House on Thursday. White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed to the White House TV pool that West will be joining the president for lunch, and also meeting with Kushner. "Topics of discussions will include manufacturing resurgence in America, prison reform, how to prevent gang violence, and what can be done to reduce violence in Chicago," Sanders said in a statement.

The one-time teen idol, currently in Russia, posted an unsettling video of her ‘interacting’ with a family she claimed came from war-torn Syria. “Hey everyone, I just want to show you a family that I met,” she said in the video, “a Syrian refugee family that I’m really worried about. They really need help.”

Barack Obama has come out of relative political hiding to endorse an array of Democratic candidates in the midterm elections. The former president released the list of 81 candidates on Twitter Wednesday — in elections as large in scale as Governor, as well as smaller races such as State Senate.

Dallas (WBAP) Protestors nationwide and in the Metroplex are taking a page out of the history book. They'll stage a series of tea party rallies Friday to protest the Economic Stimulus Bill. James Dickey is one of the organizers in Dallas and he told WBAP's Mark Davis that one of the rallies will be held at 11:00am Friday at Victory Park in Dallas.

Returning soldiers always receive welcome home greetings as they exit their planes at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, and Linda Robinson was always among them. But on Wednesday, she was on the receiving end. Robinson was engulfed by people welcoming her home after a long stint in Iraq. She departed Texas in September to help open the first USO center in Iraq.

A 10-year-old Florida girl faces felony weapons charges after bringing a small steak knife to school to cut up her lunch, according to a report on WFTV.com. ST. LOUIS — For nearly a year, two Missouri boys have been preparing to walk into a courtroom and face the man accused of kidnapping and abusing them. Now, an apparent surprise deal will spare them the ordeal. Michael Devlin, the former pizzeria manager accused of kidnapping Shawn Hornbeck and Ben Ownby, will plead guilty next week to kidnapping and sexual abuse charges, a prosecutor and a relative of one of the boys said Friday. Devlin's surprise decision brings a sudden end to a massive criminal case that has drawn international attention.

HUDSON OAKS, Texas — The bodies of a mother and three children were found hanging in a mobile home just outside Weatherford early Tuesday morning. Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler said a neighbor who went to check on the family discovered the bodies at about 6:30 a.m. An 8-month-old was also found hanging and transported to Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, where she was listed in good condition, he said.

ST. LOUIS — Federal prosecutors on Thursday indicted Michael Devlin, the former Missouri pizzeria manager charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting two young teenage boys. The U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Missouri announced the indictment during a 3:30 p.m. EST press conference in St. Louis. A press release issued by U.S. Attorney Catherine Hanaway before the event said only that the indictment is regarding a "significant child exploitation case." The release did not specifically mention Devlin, but a law enforcement source earlier confirmed to FOX News that the indictment involved him.

UNION – Lawyers for kidnapping suspect Michael J. Devlin failed today in their bid to have him moved to the St. Louis County Jail and are awaiting a judge’s word on their bid to have any grand jury proceeding transcribed. Defense lawyers Ethan Corlija and Michael Kielty made their pitches in hearings before separate judges this morning. Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney Robert E. Parks opposed both motions. St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert P. McCulloch will announce this afternoon that he is filing still more charges against kidnapping suspect Michael Devlin of Kirkwood. McCulloch has scheduled a press conference for 3 p.m. in Clayton. The terse announcement of the press conference lacked specifics on the new charges.
