Sen. Marco Rubio's 12-year-old daughter Amanda was injured in a motor vehicle accident earlier Saturday in Miami, his office said. "She was airlifted to Miami Children's hospital. She is in stable condition," his office said in a statement. "Sen. Rubio was notified of the accident after coming off stage while campaigning with Governor Romney in Kissimmee, Florida. She has been in a wheel chair since she was like 16 from a car accident. He is serving his country in Afganistan.She had a dream of becoming a teacher and he is fullfilling that dream. NEW YORK — Dick Cheney has finished his memoir, according to his daughter, and the book is scheduled to come out on Aug. 30. Liz Cheney said that the former vice president’s manuscript was turned in at the beginning of the month. She said the book, currently being edited, will be “very straightforward,” with “a lot of in-depth analysis of really critically important issues.” Cheney’s memoir, “In My Time: A Personal and Political Memoir,” is being published by Threshold Editions, a conservative imprint of Simon & Schuster run by Republican strategist and former Cheney aide Mary Matalin.

Paramedics responded to a call at 2:41 p.m. from the Kahala Hotel and Resort where Limbaugh is vacationing, KITV reported. The station, citing unnamed sources, said Limbaugh was taken to The Queens Medical Center in serious condition.

We have a building on fire that dries milk and makes cheese. There was a propane explosion earier, and the building is on fire, but an outside propane tank is in danger, they just filled it yesterday with 30,000 gallons, if that thing goes off it will be like a bomb! LINCOLN - Attorney General Jon Bruning has changed his mind. He now is considering challenging fellow Republican Chuck Hagel in Nebraska's U.S. Senate primary next year. Bruning said Wednesday he is upset with Hagel's criticism of President Bush and the Iraq war. And, he said, his decision whether to run for the Senate no longer depends on whether Hagel decides to seek a third term. Bruning, who is exploring a Senate bid, said last month that he would not run against Hagel in the primary. Hagel has not disclosed his plans. He said in March that he would decide later...

WASHINGTON ? White House Press Secretary Tony Snow is once again stricken with cancer after doctors found a cancerous growth in his lower abdomen, the White House announced Tuesday. The cancer, originally in his colon, has spread to his liver, said White House spokeswoman Dana Perino. Snow spoke to President Bush Tuesday morning, who told Snow he and first lady Laura Bush are praying for him. Bush struck an optimistic tone about Snow's mood, adding that he looked forward to the day when Snow returns to the White House.
