Mandeville, LA - Here is your daily dose of "Mike if you only did your show the way Rush does it and toed the NeoCon/DeceptiCON line, you'd be a success, email. Boy it is really you against your listeners lately You seem to be taking the opposite position of what anyone says- I hear people calling and AGREEING with you and you jump all over them and “you people” in the audience There was a discussion on FreeRepublic.com just about this same thing- several people said they hoped Michael Savage came to satellite radio in your time slot When you...

I may be wrong but I thought Romney's first name was "Frontrunner" At least that is what all the media were calling him during the primaries, when 70% of GOP primary voters wanted SOMEONE ELSE

Redistibution means taking away from one person to give to someone else. It is Theft. It is Wrong, no matter how "fair" you think you are being. Just ask your kids- if you take something away from one to give to the other they will instantly know "that's NOT fair" But it is WORSE than that- it is the destruction of potential wealth. Just like the "Broken Glass" theory is 100% back-asswards, so is "redistribution" Let me use my favorite example. Two people in a fictional closed system containing a starting value of $100. Alan has $100 and Bob has...

Only our totally unbiased watchdog media could turn the burning of U.S. embassies in countries where Barack Obama had recently supported mob revolts into Mitt Romney’s blunder. Journalists couldn’t risk having Obama’s campaign slogan “Osama is dead” being amended with “and so is our ambassador.” After our ambassador to Libya was murdered in a preplanned, coordinated attack on our embassy last week, preceded by an attack on our embassy in Egypt (and followed by attacks on our embassies in Yemen, Indonesia, Tunisia and Lebanon), Romney criticized the Obama administration for “sympathizing with those who had breached our embassy in Egypt.”...

I am surprised this has not been a term coined before- it is way too easy. Under Obama we have all the failures of Socialism, combined with all the corruption and greed of Crony Capitalism, "Obamunism" He buys votes by giving away money on idiotic social programs, illegal aliens, big bank donors, and he gets campaign donations from 'green energy' and other businesses whose primary purpose seems to be going bankrupt within a year and flushing away billions of dollars. All while the media propagandists talk up how wonderful all this is, and how we should have more of it.

OK I love this show It is the ONLY show I have watched ON PURPOSE in years (the first episodes of House and early My Name is Earl were up there too) I loved how Mr White was the nerdy geek in over his head, dumb-lucking his way out of terrible situations in often hilarious ways But this weeks episode when [SPOILER ALERT] they shot that kid [END SPOILER ALERT] I see no way of getting out of and still making good TV out of it. MY only hope is that the kids wasn't shot, he just passed out. I...

OK I am not fond of vanities or posting them, (but I have been known to)... But Ann Coulter made a brilliant point last night that I think went right over Hannity's head. She screamed (literally) at single women, who are shaping up to be a voting block for Obama. She said somethign to the effect that Obama may give them free contractptives but they will lose child-support if their ex does not have a job

Should any of the Iranians taken hostage by rebels in Syria be harmed, America should expect Iran’s intelligence agents to respond in kind, the Islamic regime has warned. Forty-eight Iranians were seized Saturday in Damascus by rebels seeking to overthrow Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime. Iran claims they are pilgrims, but Abdel Nasser Shemir, a rebel commander, in an interview with the news organization Al Arabiya, charged they were members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards whose confiscated documents proved as much. “They are 48, in addition to an Afghani interpreter,” Shemir said, alleging that the captives were members of a...

Go Galt Now! I searched for many threads on "going galt" before posting this, and many were discussing what it means and whether or not we should do it and my answer is YES- AND DO IT NOW! What it means: A book by Ayn Rand had a character named John Galt, who tossed it all in to say the hell with this and stops all economic activity because of excessive taxes and government regulations Rather than accept punishment for his success he decided to show them all how much THEY would lose without his riches or hard work So......

Egypt's newly elected president must order an end to military trials of civilians to bring the country in line with international law, campaign group Human Rights Watch said in a report on Sunday. Egypt's army generals handed over power to the Muslim Brotherhood's Mohamed Mursi last month but are likely to keep parts of the state apparatus under their control, limiting the president's influence over the military. At least 12,000 civilians, including children, have been tried by military courts behind closed doors since the uprising in January last year that ousted former President Hosni Mubarak - more than in Mubarak's...

TODAY is Primary day in New York and many other states (feel free to list your state here) YOUR VOTE IS WORTH 100 TIMES AS MUCH in the primaries because so few people show up to vote in primaries. Fewer than 1% of the voters show up in many precincts FREEPERS ALONE could affect Conservative choice outcomes!!! In my polling place 26 people showed up last year ALL DAY (not 26% 26 actual people) YOU AND YOUR WIFE AND KIDS ALONE could change the outcome for a conservative

Watching President Obama flop around like a fish out of water, careening from gaffe to desperation to dishonesty, I find myself searching for ways to put his troubling behavior into historic perspective. Is this The Unmaking of a President? Or is it The Unmasking? Perhaps we are witnessing an American Tragedy. Or maybe we’re seeing final proof his election was The Great Mistake. All those fit the facts, and lead to a shared conclusion. So far, the 2012 election has almost nothing to do with Mitt Romney. Even the GOP doesn’t love its choice, but the race is a dead...

A well-organized protest against Bank of America Corp. began Wednesday morning in Charlotte's uptown with a fake boxing match and marches from three separate directions on the company's headquarters. City officials say they could see up to 1,000 protesters from around the state and the United States in Charlotte, as Bank of America hosts shareholders for its annual meetings. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police, armed with a new city ordinance that puts limits on such protests, made a strong showing in the uptown area. . . .

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has spent much of his career praising the socialist ideas of famed atheists such as Karl Marx and Fidel Castro. Now in the thick of a prolonged battle against cancer, however, the leftist leader is drawing inspiration from a spiritual leader: Jesus Christ. Chavez has been praying for divine intervention during increasingly infrequent appearances on television, holding up a crucifix while vowing to overcome his illness. He says living with cancer has made him "more Christian," talk that has spurred speculation that cancer might cut short his bid for re-election in October....
