Part of the reason is there are people who have to be here (big medical community, some finance people etc.) and they don’t want to buy because of all the problems in the city, so they want to rent. This is driving rents up.
That’s because one is considered “unvaccinated” until two weeks after the last jab. So if you get sick (and/or die) before the two week mark you are considered “unvaccinated.” Pressure to get the vaccine is not about the virus....
It’s important because of what is in the vaccine. Everyone needs to be equally impacted - and not in a positive way. Has nothing to do with covid. Covid is the excuse to get you vaccinated with the secret sauce.....
