The 2nd amendment protects our right to own legitimate deterrents to government tyranny. Semi-automatic weapons and large capacity weapons are legitimate deterrents to government tyranny. Efforts to restrict the people’s ownership of legitimate deterrents to government tyranny should be labled as such, not gun control. Feature the protection against government tyranny for which the 2nd amendment was included in our Constituton and our goals will be made more clear.

Pro-life Republicans would have a better case if they used a human rights arguement. Abortion butchers physically weak and politically powerless living human beings in American society simply because these weak and powerless living human beings are an inconvenience to the permanent ruling aristocracy in Washington D.C. and their ministers of truth in America’s newsrooms and faculty lounges.

Pro-choice Republicans would offer irresponsible parents the choice of which doctor fixes them (vasectomy/tubectomy) when they become parents for the second time without the ability to provide basic needs for the child they produce.

Every federal judge and judicial nominee should be able to explain the difference between a living human being and a human being that isn’t alive. Same with U.S. Senators and Representatives.

This is what happens when the fascist state uses a fascist definition for the term species instead of a scientific definition. I bet multi-national forest industry corporations like Weyerhaeser paid a lot of money for this decision because it makes forest land they own or control worth a lot more money.

Pres. Washington warned us in his farewell address that the “spirit of party” would lead to a Permanent Ruling Aristocracy made up of party hacks and politically connected Washington insiders. He said allowing the “spirit of party” to dominate our elections would destroy our republic. His long range vision was exceptional.

Democracy should mean all elections are non-partisan.

Was the film in question more reprehensible than calling a crucifix in a jar of urine art and forcing American workers to pay for it?

Replace half of AP employees with illegal immigrants. Start with the most experienced so AP can maximize their profits. Then do the same with the rest of the main stream media corporations. Maybe then we’ll get some honest reporting on the effects of illegal immigration.

If Americans want to protect their 2nd amendment rights, they better start pointing out the extreme racism of murdering Mexicans with “Fast and Furious” weapons for gun grabbing fanatics. Fight fire with fire or get badly burned.

Was watching some Fox News coverage. Juan Williams and Chris Wallace are calling this “politics”.

Van Jones was right. If there were hundreds of dead bodies with black skin or white skin, Juan and Chris would have been correctly calling this a treasonous act of war. But with hundred of brown skin bodies, it’s just “politics”.

The media is acting with extreme prejudice towards the hundreds of brown skinned victims and their families. Shameful by even their low standards.

MSNBC employees want people to think they’re the stupid vicious bullies who gave the smart kids “swirlies” in 7th grade. Teacher’s pets knew they could get away with being sadistic bullies in school and think they can get away with being sadistic bullies on tv now. That’s why they’re so quick to pull the race card and the extremist tag.

Refusing to enforce laws that protect American workers from foreign criminals is a natural outcome of a Permanent Ruling Aristocracy form of government. Without the natural right of states to secede, there is no means to regulate the tyranny and corruption of the Permanent Ruling Aristocracy (party bosses, lobbyists, federal employee union bosses, major Washington D.C. law firms and the military/industrial/international banking complex) and their Orwellian Ministers of Truth (America’s newsrooms and faculty lounges).

The upper Selway and most of the Salmon River drainage have been devasted by insane bureaucracy (wilderness designation) and obscene litigation. What doesn’t look like a nuclear weapons test site has been reduced to a massive weed patch because of ignorance and corruption. Allowing Forest Service management of semi-arid evergreen forests is a death nell for the nutrients in the soil of those forests. We should kick the Forest Service crooks out of Idaho and place our forests under the management of county conservation corps with the direction of the Natural Resource Conservation Service. The soil in privately owned and tribal owned forests is in good condition as a result of forest management policies taught by the NRCS. The same can’t be said for forests managed by Forest Service crooks and ignorant federal judges. The Forest Service crooks and greedy lawyers are more interested in making a lot of money from burning trees and vaporizing soil than protecting habitat for animals and fish.

I live in central Idaho. We have millions of acres of federal forest land in central Idaho that looks like it’s been used for a nuclear weapons test site. Millions of acres of bare, quartz lined rocks and bleached white snags. A perfect solar oven. Without protection for the vital nutrients in our forest’s soil, critical habitat for all plants, animals, and fish species is destroyed because of insane bureaucracy and obscene litigation.

Forest Service management plans fail to protect the vital nutrients in the forest soil from dangerous fuel levels that lead to extremely hot fires that vaporize vital nutrients in the forest soil. If the vital nutrients necessary for healthy forests were protected, periodic thinning would be required to limit dangerous fuel levels. Destroying vital nutrients destroys habitat for all species of plants and animals.

I live in central Idaho. We have millions of acres of federal forest land in central Idaho that looks like it’s been used for a nuclear weapons test site. Millions of acres of bare, quartz lined rocks and bleach white snags. A perfect solar oven. All because the Forest Service has zero tolerance for protecting the vital nutrients in our forest soil. I recently overheard one of the top fire bosses in the country tell two trainees: “the first thing we do when we get to a fire is grab hold of the cash register; that means maximize the hazard pay and overtime.” No wonder they have zero tolerance for protecting the soil; no money in that.

The U.S. is the Saudi Arabia of natural gas. Romney should call for legislation requiring all commercial vehicles using roads funded by federal taxes to use fuel derived from natural gas by Jan. 1 2023. The build out of a natural gas supply and distribution system would put boots on the ground immediately. With a supply system for commercial vehicles in place, non-commercial vehicle owners would flock to the cheaper fuel. We’d have a stronger dollar and a better economy.

I’ve lived on an Indian reservation for most of my life. It’s the blatantly racist term “Redskins” used by the NFL team in our nation’s capitol that American Indians find most offensive. Change it to the Washington “Kikes” and see if anyone in the media complains.

I think it’s important to know why dozens of nations, including the U.S., have “Natural Born Citizen” as an eligibility standard for their highest elective office. No nation wants a situation where, once elected, someone legally abandons their citizenship in the country they were elected and legally claims citizenship in a foreign country to which they are legally entitled to citizenship. Because of his father’s British citizenship at the time of Pres. Obama’s birth, it is understood that Pres. Obama could legally drop his U.S. citizenship and legally claim British citizenship. I don’t think anyone wants a situation where, once elected, our president could legally abandon their U.S. citizenship and legally adopt foreign citizenship.
