Anyone ignorant enough to teach creationism to a classroom of kids as science has no business teaching kids anything and they should be fired immediately. People like that will ensure the US falls even further behind in science education. All hail your new overlord China.
Yep. The evidence is there. You just have to look for it. But sites like this are designed to bring conservatives together to defeat the fascist progressive movement and focusing on differences such as religion serve no purpose.
Some of our “empty, useless” lives as you claim are much more fulfilling and satisfying than believing in imaginary beings. We don’t rely on false beliefs for our happiness. That says more about your life than ours.
There are atheists that are simply comfortable removing the shackles from their own minds, but there are others that want to free others — and those in between.
Some of them could probably go about it a different way. If you present people with reason and rational arguments, and let them realize that they really do have a choice, they will eventually gain the strength to reject religion. And more and more people are...

They tried to do the same here in Kansas. What I don’t get is — why not make this a technology fix and just make it so that all red lights do not linger over a certain time limit? That would just seem to be a cleaner more rational fix that would take the ambiguity out of it.
It’s unfortunate many on this site can’t see us for what we are — Dedicated to freedom and liberty and sickened by what progressivism is doing to this country. We just don’t believe in God. I think there are more atheists on this forum than a lot of members realize.

I’d have to agree. My card’s been hit twice in the past year. Everybody I work with has been hit in the past month too. I can’t believe it hasn’t reached the level that the credit card companies haven’t totally revamped how cards work.

Yeah, I fear government surveillance the same as everybody else, but come on, it’s just a chip that identifies the bin — the same as a number written on it.
My recycling bin has the same RFID chip in it. Pick your battles people.
