• National Coalition to Restore the Constitution

The Courts have spoken. Now it’s time for the American people to be heard! In case after case, federal judges are demonstrating utter contempt for the Constitution, the rule of law, and the God-given inalienable rights of the American people. As a result, our courts pervert justice and mock God’s law, sodomy has been elevated to a constitutionally protected right, civil laws sanction the murder of the unborn and the infirmed, and the Ten Commandments, the only foundation for just laws, has been banned from our classrooms and courtrooms. How much longer will we passively accept these outrageous unconstitutional decrees?...

I received an e-mail yesterday from the Constitution Party (CP)/Alabama informing me of a 10 Commandments Rally scheduled for August 16 at 10:00am in Montgomery, AL in the Judicial Building. The CP is coordinating members from surrounding states to attend this important rally. This rally is in support of Judge Roy Moore, the "10 Commandments Judge," and in support of keeping the beautiful display of GOD'S LAW forever present in the Judicial building. The latest court ruling says the 2 1/2 ton display must be removed within 15 days. For more info contact MaryAnn Crum: e-mail, dcrum@powernet.org

WASHINGTON — Capitol Police officers are supposed to protect members of Congress, but Friday they were called in by one House chairman to oust some Democratic members from a committee library. Hours of rancor later, the conflict ended in a failed full House vote to reprimand House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Bill Thomas.

With Carl Limbacher and NewsMax.com Staff For the story behind the story... Thursday, June 12, 2003 10:39 p.m. EDT Hillary: I Stayed With Bill to Save America At last it can be told. The mystery of why New York Sen. Hillary Clinton was willing to sacrifice her self-respect and her dignity to stay in a humiliating marriage to ex-President Clinton is a mystery no longer. She did it to save America. In her book "Living History," Mrs. Clinton recalls that after she learned about Monica Lewinsky, "I knew what I did and said in the next days and weeks would...

You probably aren't aware that the Senate voted to stop funding a program requiring male immigrants from two dozen terrorist countries to register with the INS, because for some bizarre reason this important news has not been widely reported. Sen. Ted Kennedy, D-Mass., attached a little-noticed amendment, which decimated the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System, to a huge spending bill that the Senate approved Thursday night.

When he was governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Ridge signed the execution warrant for Muslim militant Mumia Abu-Jamal, whom a jury convicted of murdering Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner in 1981. Mumia had shot the 25-year-old policeman once in the back and point-blank in the face. A handful of congressmen, as part of a yearslong campaign to ''Free Mumia,'' assailed Ridge. Those same congressmen likely will give Ridge an even harder time in his new post as secretary of homeland security. The most senior of them, Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., has been on the Mumia campaign since the start, signing letters,...

Ending the 30-year war over abortion -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted: January 21, 2003 1:00 a.m. Eastern © 2003 WorldNetDaily.com It was a Friday evening, and Chad Traywick and his wife, Darda, had just returned to their Houston, Texas, home only to find themselves surrounded by swarms of police – including the SWAT team and a van from the coroner's office. After police pulled the shocked couple from their truck and patted them down, Det. John Hill informed Traywick that the police wanted to search his house. As the detective explained, a local photo-finishing store had called police to report that Traywick had...

ADL Opposes Teaching of 'Intelligent Design' in Schools By Lawrence Morahan CNSNews.com Senior Staff Writer March 29, 2002 (CNSNews.com) - Creationism, intelligent design and other religious theories that challenge scientific explanations about the origin of the universe have no place in the public school curriculum, asserts the Anti-Defamation League, a public policy group that describes itself as "a staunch defender of religious freedom in America." In an effort to blunt attempts by some educators to offer religious explanations of creation in public schools, the ADL recently produced an online guide for parents and teachers on why it believes "intelligent design"...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ON CAPITOL HILL Department of Peace? Bill would establish federal 'conflict resolution' agency -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted: April 1, 2002 1:00 a.m. Eastern By Jon Dougherty © 2002 WorldNetDaily.com Before the Department of Defense was reorganized and renamed in 1947 it was known as the Department of War. Now, a bill in Congress seeks to establish a "Department of Peace," complete with a Cabinet-level secretary of peace. The measure, known as H.R. 2459, seeks to create an agency that will "hold peace as an organizing principle" while it "endeavors to promote justice and democratic principles to expand human rights." A Peace...
