Awhite nationalist displayed a toddler-like tantrum on his conservative show because he didn’t want to see Black people at the Country Music Awards. Patrick Howley, the right-wing reporter, first proved his ignorance when he failed to recognize the host of the show, Anthony Mackie. “I don’t know who this Black guy is who’s hosting it. It’s supposed to be country music,” the bitter white man said as he showed a clip of the award show to his viewers. “No offense. Y’all have hip hop, basketball. Just fly with your flock, bro.”..... “There were so many Black people there,” he said....

A now-deceased official with President Donald Trump’s National Security Council received a report suggesting that the 2017 Las Vegas shooting may not have been the work of a “lone gunman” with no discernible motive, but rather a terrorist attack perpetrated by at least two men with possible ties to ISIS and/or ANTIFA, according to National File. Scientology and its front organizations (like Narconon and CCHR) live in a world disconnected from reality. They seem oblivious to the absurdity of things they say and positions they take. Narconon is now beginning to sound like prohibitionists, targeting county music for “romanticizing alcohol.” Unfortunately, while contemporary country music stars continue to produce great music year after year, there are increasing incidences of romanticizing alcohol in country music lyrics, romanticizing it, glamorizing it, or even construing alcohol with happy times, carefree adventures, and the ‘good life.’ Given the harm and danger that can come from consuming alcohol, fans of country...

Lionel Richie took the stage at the 2021 Grammy Awards on Sunday night (March 14) to pay musical tribute to his late friend and collaborator, Kenny Rogers, singing Rogers' career-altering hit, "Lady," which Richie wrote. The pop superstar and American Idol judge was clad in a long, black trenchcoat in front of a backdrop of Rogers on a dark, moody stage. He delivered the romantic lyric over an acoustic guitar-dominated arrangement that was very different from Rogers' piano-driven recording, while still retaining the vibe of the iconic record. Primis Player Placeholder 'I miss you, Kenny," Richie said somberly at the...

I've been working like crazy 'in the front line' of coronavirus transmission this week and forgetting to accurately chronicle the tyranny imposed on us using COVID-19 as an excuse. Today is Day 251 of the Dictatorship of COVID-19 as measured here in Pennsylvania. And here he is the man who would have been America's first President of Jewish heritage had he been elected in 1964. A man whose ancestors were Russian Jews demonized as a "hater" and an "anti-Semite" and an admirer of Hitler's Germany, a "racist" Barry Goldwater speaks of defending "liberty" and "justice". "extremism in the defense of...

The Dukes of Hazzard theme song is nearly as iconic as the classic TV show itself. Having a country music legend kick things off before watching Luke and Bo Duke (Tom Wopat and John Schneider) race around in their custom Dodge Charger, potentially joined by their cousin Daisy (Catherine Bach) in her signature "Daisy Duke" shorts, really helped set the tone for the show as a whole. Waylon Jennings was the narrator of the 1975 film Moonrunners which starred James Mitchum and Kiel Martin as two cousins running bootleg liquor for their Uncle Jesse. Warner Bros hit up writer and...
