President Barack Obama has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday with the bipartisan leadership of Congress. Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will meet in the Oval Office with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.
