The son of an Israeli diplomat was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly intentionally ran down a Florida police officer. The incident happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. Saturday when a Sunny Isles Beach police lieutenant had pulled over a vehicle, WPLG-TV reports. Avraham Gil was weaving in out of traffic on his motorcycle as he approached the officer. The lieutenant motioned Gil, 19, to stop, but he continued traveling toward the officer. According to the arrest report, Gil "intentionally ran (the lieutenant) over." Following the collision, the lieutenant was still able to bring Gil to the ground and apprehend...

The FBI, complying with President Biden’s recent executive order, made public late Saturday night a previously classified April 4, 2016 “review and analysis” report about Operation Encore, the bureau’s highly sensitive investigation of possible Saudi complicity in the 9/11 terrorist attack. The 16-page report is nevertheless heavily redacted in ways that will likely disappoint members of the 9/11 Families who have pushed to learn more about Encore since its existence was first disclosed in December 2016 in documents released to Florida Bulldog amid Freedom of Information Act litigation. For example, the names of many persons who were interviewed by FBI agents during...

It’s a sleazy scenario that plays out in bars and clubs across the Big Apple: Everybody’s having a great time until some creep just can’t keep his hands to himself. But early Sunday at Bar None — a Third Avenue dive in the East Village where NYU co-eds squeeze in every weekend to chug cheap Bud and dance to ’90s rock — one of these guys would finally face the consequences. A creep put his paws all over an unwitting young woman’s boobs and backside, she said, and the victim immediately reported the sleazy moves to a bouncer.

A YouTube video that went viral — showing a Ferrari LaFerrari and Porsche 911 GT3 tearing through residential streets of Beverly Hills; flying though stop signs while pedestrians waited to cross, narrowly avoiding other motorists — has caused outrage, with neighbors pleading with police to take action before someone gets hurt. According to NBC4, the owner of said vehicles is claiming “diplomatic immunity,” telling a video journalist who asked for comment, “I could have you killed and get away with it.” The name of the car’s owner has not been released, but he is rumored to be part of the...

NEW DELHI India has sought details about staff in American schools in the country for possible tax violations and revoked ID cards of U.S. consular officials and their families, retaliatory steps for the arrest of an Indian diplomat in New York on criminal charges. The measures suggest that the two countries are no closer to a resolution of a diplomatic dispute over the treatment of Deputy Consul General Devyani Khobragade this month on charges of visa fraud and underpayment of her housekeeper. Khobragade, who has denied the charges, was handcuffed and strip-searched while in custody despite informing U.S. marshals about...

Congress is digging into how foreign diplomats accessed — and reportedly defrauded — federal benefits programs. According to the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, 25 current and former Russian diplomats and 24 of their spouses allegedly participated in a scheme to illegally obtain Medicaid benefits for prenatal care and related costs by underreporting their income or falsely claiming that their children were citizens of the United States, Royce noted. Over the course of nearly a decade, they milked the system of $1.5 million in benefits. The U.S. Attorney alleges that the staff of Russian diplomatic offices...

Is there something being blocked in the US news, has the U.S. Attorney been carrying a vendetta towards the Indian Caste system and feels now that he has a lower caste in New York that he needs to teach an entire nation about Caste Systems and Human Rights. International election observers planning to visit Texas polling places have “full immunity” from being arrested in the United States, the State Department said when discussing a letter from the Texas Attorney General. “I’m not going to get into any kind of hypothetical situations or predict where this is going to go other than to say we have every expectation that this will be worked out and to state the fact, which is that under U.S. law they are eligible for immunities,” said State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland. Reporters tried to get her to state explicitly that Texas could not arrest...

WASHINGTON — The 27-year-old Qatari diplomat who caused a full-blown, midair security scare when he tried to sneak a cigarette and then joked about it will probably be catching the next flight to Doha, a senior State Department official said Thursday. "His ability to function effectively has been compromised," the official said, adding that the diplomat will probably not be returning to the United States after the incident. Fox News also has confirmed that the diplomat was on his way to Denver for a consular visit with a jailed Al Qaeda operative -- perhaps adding to the tension with the...

While our "Constitutional Scholar" president insists on full Constitutional rights for terrorists, he has at least attempted to repeal the 4th Amendment protections for Americans, with particular impact on the men and women in the U.S. military. An Executive Order dated December 17 grants full diplomatic immunity to INTERPOL, the International Criminal Police Organization. This Obama Order immunizes INTERPOL from "search and seizure," from all tax laws, from the Freedom of Information requirements, and puts INTERPOL above the jurisdiction of American Law Enforcement, American Courts, and the Constitution itself. INTERPOL was originally formed in 1923 as an information clearinghouse service...

Wither Sovereignty? Executive Order Amended to Immunize INTERPOL In America-Is The ICC Next? Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945. By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the...

STOCKHOLM (Reuters) – Swedish police have arrested two North Korean diplomats on suspicion of smuggling 230,000 cigarettes into the Nordic country, the Swedish Customs Office said Friday. The pair, a man and a woman who have diplomatic status in Russia, were stopped by Swedish customs officers Wednesday morning as they drove off a ferry from Helsinki, the Finnish capital. Customs officials discovered Russian cigarettes in the car driven by the couple, Swedish Customs spokeswoman Monica Magnusson told Reuters. The two North Koreans claimed diplomatic immunity. "They were accredited as diplomats in Russia, but had no accreditation in Sweden," she said....

Since his arrival at the White House, Barack Obama has been touted as `King of the World’ rather than USA president. As King of the World, does Obama really need born-in-USA status? On the occasion of their president’s 48th birthday yesterday, Americans still don’t know for certain from whence he came, only where he is leading them. There was a mammoth picture of the Birthday Boy on display outside the White House, but no pictures of him pursing his lips to blow out the candles on a birthday cake, which may have served as a reminder that this is a...
