At least one Proud Boys member on trial for the Jan. 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol had a previously-concealed FBI informant set to appear as a witness in their case, a defense attorney said Wednesday. Former Proud Boys national chairman Enrique Tarrio and members Ethan Nordean, Joseph Biggs, Zachary Rehl and Dominic Pezzola are all on federal trial after being accused in a June 2022 indictment of conspiring “to oppose the lawful transfer of presidential power by force.” The government revealed Wednesday that a witness scheduled to appear in the defense case Thursday had been an FBI confidential human...

Isn’t the FBI’s reputation with much of the public already far enough in the toilet without tossing something like this onto the bonfire? A recently leaked internal FBI memo from their Richmond office warned agents about the lurking danger of “radical traditionalist Catholic ideology” (RTC ideology). The document spoke of “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremism,” suggesting that anyone who prefers to attend traditional Latin mass is somehow prone to racism or xenophobia and violence or whatever. Oh, and they allegedly also tend to be anti-Semites, so they’re probably out there attacking synagogues. Honestly… you just can’t make this stuff...

A recently retired FBI supervisory intelligence analyst told Congress in a whistleblower disclosure that agents in Boston were improperly pressured by Washington to open criminal cases on 140 people who had simply taken a bus ride to the Jan. 6 rally in Washington. The agents refused because there was no evidence the attendees engaged in any criminality, the whistleblower said. George Hill's testimony to the House Judiciary Committee also raised new civil liberty concerns about the FBI's Jan. 6 probe, including whether the Bureau mined Americans' bank records without court authority and whether the agency possesses video footage it is...

The GOP House can stop the project and rein in a runaway bureau. The federal government is proceeding with plans to build a new FBI headquarters complex twice the size of the Pentagon building. Riveted into the colossal new project are woke regulations to ensure that the FBI center will comply with diversity, equity, LGBTQ+, and climate change political goals. The plan, unveiled last September, has received little attention. For years the FBI has sought to vacate its present headquarters, a brutalist concrete bunker on stilts and occupying two city blocks between the White House and the Capitol. Plans for...

It’s a story as old as time. Something bad happens and completely unexpectedly, it turns out the FBI was involved. Sure enough, despite years of the left dismissing the possibility as a conspiracy theory, a new legal filing serves as an admittance that the FBI was very much involved in the events of January 6th. Ironically, we are finding that out because the government is once again trying to cover up exactly what happened. Regarding the case of Proud Boy Ethan Nordean, federal prosecutors are asking a judge to limit defense questions on the matter. ... JUST IN: Proud Boy...

The FBI revealed how the bureau uses the CIA and National Security Agency to probe the private lives of Americans without a warrant in its updated rulebook, which is the first version made public since the Obama administration. The handbook, rewritten in 2021, confirms a decade-old leak showcasing the bureau’s collaboration with the CIA and NSA for FBI probes that may involve surveillance without court orders against people not accused of any crimes. Such probes are known as “assessments” at the FBI. The revelations will fuel critics who have long accused the FBI of abusing its national security surveillance powers.

If the Fedsurrection could be boiled down to one piece of iconic footage, the clip of Ray Epps urging a crowd to to into the Capitol on the eve of January 6 would likely receive top billing. Arguably the best part of the footage is that it makes clear how out of touch Epps’ bizarre suggestion is to the crowd — so out of touch that the immediate reaction of the crowd around Epps is to point at him and chant, “Fed Fed Fed.”Trump himself referred to this particular piece of footage as a “classic” in his recent bombshell interview...

I wrote previously that there was one big thing reportedly missing from the final report of the Jan. 6 Committee — any mention of Ray Epps. Epps is the man who has come under such scrutiny by the public because of video of him urging people to go in to the Capitol on Jan. 5–and video from him outside the Capitol–on January 6, 2021. That raised questions about his role, and why he was not pursued by law enforcement when law enforcement seemed to go after anyone else who breathed in the direction of the Capitol on Jan. 6.But now,...

Suspected Jan. 6th instigator texted his nephew on the day of the riot to brag that he arranged the Capitol breach This massive news is being covered up by legacy media as expected In the newly released transcript of January 6th provocateur Ray Epps being questioned by the House Select Committee, the suspected undercover government operative confessed that he “orchestrated” the riot. In the screenshot below, the Jan. 6 Committee asks Epps about a text message he sent to his nephew where Epps wrote, “I was in the front with a few others. I also orchestrated it.” When asked what...

The two attacks on Portland's electrical substations were pre-meditated, officials said, as other states are on 'high alert' after Washington and North Carolina were also targeted. Officials in Oregon are still probing the Thanksgiving electrical attacks at Portland General Electric and Bonneville Power Administration in Clackamas County. In total, at least seven attacks have been recorded in the US in recent weeks. In North Carolina, the FBI is currently investigating if their grid attacks were triggered by opponents of a drag show. 'We have confirmed that this was malicious intent, it was no accident,' Doug Johnson, a BPA spokesperson told...

On the ropes and with no message about rising crime or the struggling economy to appeal to voters, President Joe Biden has gone to pot. Literally. The president’s election-eve marijuana decriminalization order has him yet again putting politics over people’s lives and health. In a shameless attempt to buy the votes of young people and lower-income minority communities, Mr. Biden is waving his pen around again to dig himself out of the political cellar. The American Left, and some on the Right, along with the Big Tobacco companies already responsible for millions of deaths from their products, have spent heavily...

National Security Memorandum on Partial Revocation of Presidential Policy Directive 28 The Executive Order of October 7, 2022 (Enhancing Safeguards for United States Signals Intelligence Activities), establishes enhanced safeguards for United States signals intelligence activities that supersede the safeguards for personal information collected through signals intelligence established by Presidential Policy Directive 28 of January 17, 2014 (Signals Intelligence Activities) (PPD-28). Kommandant Garland is at it again. His FBI Gestapo has snagged another victim. Mark Houck, a well-known anti-abortion activist, was arrested in Bucks County, PA for allegedly violating Biden's FACE Act (the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act). The warrant specified “ATTACK OF A PATIENT ESCORT.” The details are in some dispute. Houck's wife described it this way:Ryan-Marie, who is a homeschooling mother, described how the SWAT team of 25 to 30 FBI agents swarmed their property with around 15 vehicles at 7:05 a.m. this morning. Having quickly surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, “they started pounding...

As Twitchy readers know, Jamie Raskin tried to play dumb about who Ray Epps is earlier this week (yeah, he wasn’t playing, we know) and it didn’t go over so well with Rep. Thomas Massie. Seems the good representative from Kentucky is still not good with the committee ignoring this very important witness. Why are Democrats hiding Ray Epps? Don’t they realize the more they hide him, the more they pretend we’re all crazy for believing our ‘lying eyes,’ the shadier the whole thing looks? If the January 6th Committee wants us to take them seriously, to believe them when...

VIDEOAre you a clueless fool without the least idea of how the American political system works? Well, good news! You could be qualified to join the Undercover Feds in time for their October Surprise. Your pointless training will consist of marching to the tune of tin drummers and shield shoving classes. So if you think you qualify, then join the Patriot Front. Better hurry since there are only a few weeks left before the Undercover Feds initiate Operation Patsy.

With the reputation of the Justice Department and the FBI in shreds, it is reasonable at this point to suspect that any unidentified participant could have been a fed. The long-awaited trial of the most high-profile January 6 case will begin later this month. Five members of the Oath Keepers, an alleged “militia” group involved in the Capitol protest, face charges of seditious conspiracy and other serious felonies. It is the first trial in a multi-defendant prosecution that has dominated the attention of the Department of Justice, the January 6 select committee, and the national news media. Stewart Rhodes, the...

Rank-and-file FBI agents are accusing the Biden administration of exaggerating the threat of White supremacists and pressuring agents to cook up domestic terrorist cases involving racist extremists. Current and former FBI agents told The Washington Times that the perceived White supremacist threat is overblown by the administration. They said top bureau officials are pressuring FBI agents to create domestic terrorist cases and tag people as White supremacists to meet internal metrics. “The demand for White supremacy” coming from FBI headquarters “vastly outstrips the supply of White supremacy,” said one agent, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. “We have more...

The current anti-Trump and anti-MAGA witch-hunt is not about 2024. The Democrat DoJ is safe for two more years. It is about January 6, 2021. The target is not so much Trump as the idea that electoral votes could be legally contested on the joint session of Congress. Obviously, the DoJ violates core freedom of speech. It also ignores the clear letter and spirit of the law regarding the joint session for Presidential elections. 3 U.S. Code § 15 - Counting electoral votes in Congress clearly provides for raising and debating objections against “all the certificates and papers purporting to...

n FBI agent whose identity was withheld in the document’s release on Friday claimed that earlier this year, they “observed markings reflecting the following compliments/dissemination controls: HCS (Human Intelligence Control Systems), FISA, ORCON (originator controlled), NOFORN (not for release to foreign nationals), and SI (special intelligence)”. Meanwhile, according to The Epoch Times, former White House adviser Kash Patel told the Wall Street Journal in mid-August that he thinks some of the FBI’s papers were relevant to the Russia probe. That means other people might be implicated by the information. Patel described the raid as politically motivated. “It had to do...
