School administrations continue to hang posters in cafeterias trying to convince students that what is being fed to them is "fun food" which is healthier for them than the foods they enjoy eating. Meanwhile schools are having to purchase more garbage cans to contain the Michelle mandated foods that kids are dumping, some preferring to go hungry rather than eat "required" foods. Students just throw away the food being forced on them by the US Government.

Organic products make people feel more secure about their own morality, which weakens the desire to act altruistically, the US findings suggest. The effect also makes people judge immoral behavior more harshly, psychologists report in the journal Social Psychological and Personality Science. But comfort foods such as chocolate can lead to us being more social and making "kinder moral judgments".

Company plans to reduce sodium by 10 percent in its products over 2 years NORTHFIELD, Ill. - Kraft Foods says it will cut the salt in its products sold in North America by an average of 10 percent over the next two years as food makers try to appeal to health-conscious consumers. WASHINGTON - The government proposed Tuesday relaxing its rules on labeling of irradiated foods and suggested it may allow some products zapped with radiation to be called ”pasteurized.” The Food and Drug Administration said the proposed rule would require companies to label irradiated food only when the radiation treatment causes a material change to the product.
