There doesn't seem to be any current information "out there" as to how the Senator is after 19 months post cancer surgery. I post these links to refresh Freepers minds about the prostate cancer surgery and surrounding issues. It may seem like a lot to read but I think it is a fair question today. How close would we be to swearing in, uh, what's his name.......um....Edwards,.....yes, that's it, another John. In the early to mid-90's I was told by a person that worked at Mass. General that Senator Kerry was an in-patient. This person worked in the cardiac care unit. I was told this at the time of the Senator's admission. At the time, the gist of the story was not the Senator's health, but the fact that the Senator was making advances towards this person while a patient and after his discharge. The medical aspect to this story seems more important at this point. Has Sen. Kerry ever disclosed this admission and the reasons for it?

The President of the United States holds the most demanding job in the world. The physical and mental fitness of a candidate are matters of legitimate concern for voters. The refusal of John F. Kerry to release his complete medical records should be disconcerting to the press and public. All the more so, given disturbing indications that there may be serious questions about Kerry’s health and his ability to perform in office, questions which could be resolved only by the full release of his medical records. For ordinary jobs, everyone is entitled to the presumption of physical and mental fitness....
