A suspect on probation for hit-and-run allegedly shot and killed police officer Peter Jerving Tuesday morning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Bernell Trammell, 59, was a black man who was well-known for holding political and religious signs outside his store. He ran “Expressions Journal,” a small publication where he also made large signs he was known to carry.
