Video obtained from C-SPAN suggests that as Democrats discussed their party’s emerging new position on Israel this past summer, few seemed concerned about the party's radical new direction on Israel policy. Those who advised against making drastic changes from past party planks on Israel were evidently ignored. VIDEOS at site

Barack Obama said something stunning. He thinks that government is responsible for private sector success, not individual initiative and hard work. This doesn’t surprise Bill Whittle, who reminds viewers that Obama was surrounded by socialists growing up, and even started his political career in the living room of a radical, violent socialist. See a detailed history of Barack Obama’s left-wing background, on this Afterburner.

High fuel prices... redistributive taxes... electric cars with a 30 mi range It should come to no surprise to any casual observer of US politcs that Barack Obama and his 'progressive' ilk hate suburbanites almost as much as they do clingers, save some residual hope-n-changey soccer moms out there in the greenbelt, maybe. But if a new book by Stanley Kurtz has any truth to it, the Obama Administration abhors the actual, physical suburbs that produce these irritatingly self-confident types, too- and have already actively targeted the suburban lifestyle -glittering icon of the American standard-of-living the world over- for destruction. Typical of this despicable regime's m.o....

The first message to supporters from President Barack Obama‘s campaign following Mitt Romney’s announcement of Paul Ryan as his running mate was tepid at best. Jim Messina, Obama’s campaign manager, framed Ryan as a purveyor of “failed policies“ who would ”slash the investments we need” in the economy. The Obama team attacked the Wisconsin congressman and House Budget Committee chairman as “radical” and “extreme” by quoting the New York Times. The campaign then asked supporters to stand with the president “at another major moment” and solicited donations:

Former Obama adviser: Romney healthcare plan ‘most radical and divisive’ in historyBy Sam Baker - 04/27/12 02:53 PM ET Mitt Romney’s healthcare platform is one of the most regressive proposals in U.S. history, said David Cutler, a prominent healthcare economist and a top adviser to President Obama’s 2008 campaign. In a harshly worded blog post on the Journal of the American Medical Association website, Cutler criticized what he said is the “negativity” of Romney’s platform. “Romney’s plan will heal neither divisions nor sick Americans,” Cutler wrote. “Indeed, Romney’s health care ideas are the most radical and divisive of any candidate...

The Word of God has warned us, so we are not surprised when people inspired by the forces of darkness screech and wail against God’s Truth. Some of the most vicious, anti-Christian, anti-truth people in the world are the radical, homosexual activists, and among them, not many are as vile as Dan Savage. Savage is a twisted, sex columnist who started the “It Gets Better Project,” a propaganda tool targeting kids, which pushes the homosexual lifestyle on them under the guise of an “anti-bullying” campaign. From their website is this description, “The It Gets Better Project was created to show...

It’s time for our periodic check up on the sinking global warming alarmism movement. Let’s begin by noting the fading popularity of this eco-obsessive notion. “Earth Day stands up to the rain,” the Washington Post blared, putting as good a face on as lousy a turn-out as we can remember. The rain “didn’t stop the die-hards,” the report says. The Post didn’t give a crowd count. But Examiner.com, did . . .

The folks over at News Busters have compiled a list of memorable words from those who so love the earth that they have lost sight of what really matters. And of impartiality. And of reality. Says, Geoffrey Dickens: “So sacrosanct the liberal media believes its mission to be, that they haven’t even bothered to hide their bias.” How so? . . .

Was April 22 chosen to celebrate Earth Day because it's the birthday of that notable environmentalist Vladimir Lenin? Probably not. If you're wondering whether the brutal Soviet dictator had anything to do with putting the Earth first; he didn't. But he certainly put oppressive government first. Consequently, critics of what has become the environmental movement's High Holy Day note a discomforting correlation, even if unintended. . . .

President Obama’s fan base is willing to pay through the nose to get a glimpse of him. In fact, supporters in Dearborn, Michigan showed up today to shell out $1,000 just to shake the hand of The One. “A thousand dollars is a lot of money,” Lonnie Peek, one of the fortunate few to touch Obama personally, told CBS. “But other folks are kickin’ in for their candidates, so what you do is you bite the bullet. You wanna have your conscience good, to feel that this is what I did. You know, you go without a couple of meals....

Valerie Jarrett is not only one of President Barack Obama’s closest advisors; she also is one of the most radical, with close connections to the Chicago left that nurtured Obama in his early political career. The Iranian-born Jarrett (her parents were American expatriates) found a foothold in Chicago politics through her marriage to Dr. William Robert Jarrett, whose father Vernon held sway as a columnist on the Chicago Sun-Times--for a time, the city’s only major black columnist. In 1991, Vernon Jarrett enthusiastically promoted a Chicago visit by professor Derrick Bell, who was still on voluntary unpaid leave from Harvard Law...

The leader of the occupation in the video — Robert L. Wilkins of the Harvard Black Law Students Association — was nominated by President Obama on May 20, 2010 to be considered for judge of the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia. He is now a sitting judge in that position. (snip)Not mentioned in the press release: that Wilkins once led an illegal occupation of a law school building to demand the school hire based on skin color, a protest primarily focused on supporting the actions of radical bigot Derrick Bell.

In 1993, Obama's radical Professor Derrick Bell talked about tenured faculty at Harvard University and the tenure candidacy of Lani Guinier.

Her along with her panel today showed what true liberal media bias is and we should not let it go unnoticed....

Andrew Kaczynski of Buzzfeed discovered this little gem of a video, in which then-law student Barack Obama spoke at a protest in favor of Harvard Law Professor Derrick Bell. Kaczynski explains what the protest was all about. Bell was the first black tenured professor at the school, and a pioneer of "critical race theory," which insisted, controversially, on reading issues of race and power into legal scholarship. His protest that spring was occasioned by Harvard's denial of tenure to a black woman professor, Regina Austin, at a time when only three of the law school's professors were black and only...

Via Mediaite, here’s the hotly anticipated answer to the lingering question raised by Breitbart’s CPAC speech. No, he wasn’t just messing with the left’s head when he said he has tapes of The One in his younger years. They exist, says Bannon, and he and some of the “Big” guys like Joel Pollak and Larry O’Connor are going through them. They must be near the end of their review too if Bannon can promise them as soon as 10 days from now. Obviously there’ll be organizational upheaval for them to deal with in the days ahead, especially with a new...

by John HillStand With Arizona Well the gloves are finally off, and the Death Star of the illegal alien amnesty movement is coming after America's most potent symbol against illegal immigration: Sheriff Joe Arpaio. National Council of La Raza President Janet Murguia, in a press conference in Phoenix, called the Maricopa County lawman "America's worst sheriff" and called on Arpaio to resign from office, claiming "discrimination against Latinos". This marks the first time that La Raza has come against Sheriff Arpaio directly. After the passage of S.B. 1070, NCLR and the SEIU paid to bus in protesters from Los Angeles...

Journalism: As the president launches his re-election bid by striking a more centrist tone, the partisan press is helping him whitewash his radical past. Teamwork or not, it'll be hard to bleach. Exhibit A is CNN's Soledad O'Brien. Earlier this week, she hosted a segment that tried to de-link Obama from Chicago socialist Saul Alinsky. The late Alinsky is the father of community organizing and the author of the far-left bible "Rules for Radicals."
