(Posting this in case some of you missed it. Have been watching this TV show for over a month & enjoying it. It's usually on at 10:30 EDT on Sunday nights--though I believe that this Sunday there'll be 2 episodes starting at 10 PM) You might not expect the cable network that broadcasts Stripperella, featuring a crime-fighting peeler voiced by Pamela Anderson, and Most Extreme Elimination Challenge, a program for those who "enjoy broken bones, splattering spleens, high impact hematomas, and watching people get them," to be a place where old-school conservatives might feel at home. Along with the popular Comedy Central cartoon "South Park" whose creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone are out-spoken Republicans who made Saddam Hussein a lover of Satan and tree-hugging hippies as the enemy of the entire show. A new TV show about a conservative columnist will be repeating today (3/14/04). Its first episode (about Ted Kennedy) ran on Friday but I missed it and so did a lot of freepers. If it's any good, expect it to come under fire from the Hollyweird leftists. If we're lucky, maybe we'll get something as good as "South Park."

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- A former stripper is demanding an end to the new cable television show "Stripperella," an animated series featuring Pamela Anderson as the voice of a stripper who moonlights as a superhero. Janet Clover, 37, filed suit Monday against Anderson and comic book legend Stan Lee, who created "Stripperella" as well as "Spider-Man" and "The Hulk." Viacom has shelved plans to launch Outlet, a 24-hour cable channel aimed at gays, according to the Gay.com/PlanetOut.com Network, an online news service operated by PlanetOut Partners.
