Nov. 12-15, 1971, leadership of the VVAW met in Kansas City and debated and voted on whether to assassinate seven senators, including those above named. Stennis crashed during an exercise in the Pacific near Japan on Tuesday and four crew members are listed as missing, the U.S. Navy said.
