According to Wikipedia,MoveOn was formed in 1998.MoveOn is a non-profit liberal public policy advocacy group[2] that has raised millions of dollars for Democratic Party candidates in the United States.[3] It was formed in response to the impeachment of President Clinton[4] and is, by some accounts, cited as a factor which helped propel the Democratic Party to power in the 2006 election.[5]

They call this a consensus? Lawrence Solomon, Financial Post Published: Saturday, June 02, 2007 "Only an insignificant fraction of scientists deny the global warming crisis. The time for debate is over. The science is settled." So said Al Gore ... in 1992. Amazingly, he made his claims despite much evidence of their falsity. A Gallup poll at the time reported that 53% of scientists actively involved in global climate research did not believe global warming had occurred; 30% weren't sure; and only 17% believed global warming had begun. Even a Greenpeace poll showed 47% of climatologists didn't think a runaway...

Check out the weather charts for today in Texas. Global warming has hit hard, pounding the area with streams solidified humidity, and temperatures in the double digits. Temperatures in Texas continue to be higher than those in Alaska. Al Gore must have been buying a hell of a lot of "carbon credits" recently to have this incredible impact on Global Warming. I wish he could have received hi Nobel Peace Prize today in Dallas.
