  • What do you think would happened if George Floyd was white and the police officer that supposedly "killed" Floyd was black?

    05/28/2020 1:35:55 AM PDT · by wanganghi · 37 replies
So I've been watching Tucker Carlson's tonight about the riot at Minneapolis as well as the news article about the death of George Floyd. I read that George Floyd was an African American male apparently was "killed" by a white police officer during the arrest with bystanders witnessing the supposed killing. Regardless, Floyd was pronounced dead at the hospital. Societies erupted with anger about Floyd's death. They protest and riotas hard as they could, even if other businesses have to suffer when those businesses are already suffering from the lockdown (whether it still exist or not). Now if the race...

How long until the citizenry rebels not only against voluntary and forced quarantine, but also the forced shuttering of businesses. We have already seen the young adults flagrantly ignore recommendations to avoid being in the presence of, or congregating in, large groups. This is not meant to discuss nor dismiss the constitutionality of the significant curtailment of our rights, and the outright inflation that will be caused by runaway monetary spending/printing. But rather, will America allow itself to succumb to economic death in favor of physical survival? This is not to say that we wouldn't still exercise reasonable precautions, but...

So Nancy boldly says that "nobody is above the law." Therefore, that must also apply to Hillary Clinton. So, Nancy, put your money where your mouth is. We'll be waiting you to call for Congressional hearings into Hillary's illegal activities. We expect your announcement shortlty. Freepers, what other Democrats should be called before the hearing committees? Time to fight back and put the pressure on the do-nothing Democrats whose sole goal is to get rid of President Trump. Forget national security, health care, and the other important issues. Democrats aren't interested in those.

Any Las Vegas news on the innocent life that are now with Jesus? I guess the 3 week news cycle is about the time that America forgets about innocent life and moves on to corrupt politicians and Congress women with synthetic hats. No news is good news so they say. No. Millions of us waiting for the FBI to show up, along with A poor Sheriff that is, imho, being told to stand down

She keeps interrupting her guests-won't let them finish their thoughts. A wanna-be Megan Kelly who will turn on a dime when the opportunity comes. I see it happening but she doesn't have the talent. Her days are numbered at Fox if they're smart. BTW-she's the blonde in between Special Report and Tucker. In case you don't know.

What President Trump said at the press conference yesterday was what had to be said. There are extreme groups on both the left and the right. Americans have to face that reality. Also face the reality that these groups will use violence against anyone or anything that will get into their way. Time to wake up and smell the coffee America.

An open message to the New York Tea Party: Congratulations on your pitiful loss of the New York 26th district. Clumsily run; clumsily lost. Allowing Jack Davis to sell himself as a Tea Party candidate without exposing him as a liar leads one to assume that either the Tea Party leaders are incredibly stupid or they wanted Kathy Hochul to win. Allowing the Democrats to sell the outrageous lie that the Republicans’ Medicare reform plan is tantamount to an end of Medicare without exposing them as the liars they are was either incredibly stupid or you actually wanted Kathy Hochul...

As 2012 approaches, the State of the Union is grave indeed. Our economy is principally threatened by an explosion of federal spending which, if left unchecked, will bury us all in a red inked sea of hyper-inflation, chronic double digit unemployment and shortages. The America we grew up in will cease to exist. Two things seem to me to be essential: 1) A leader with a steel spine who is both principled and fearless in attacking the Leviathan and all its shibboleths; and 2) A platform, a mandate and policies that will both starve and neuter the federal government. In...

Has any presidential candidate ever dumped his VP nomination and replaced him with some one who would help his chances? I ask since I wonder if Obama might get rid of Biden and replace him with Hilary or is Obama's gargantuan ego making him blind to the fact that his campaign is in big time trouble>

He's just done the unthinkable, alienating one of the most importants group in the Democratic constituency, blacks. Jesse Jackson 20-years ago was the man on the spot, a serious African-American candidate making the white boys sweat. Now, however, he's an over-the-hill, discredited hypocrate with two love children and a fractured marriage. Comparing Obama to him is worse than "ghettoising" him; it's refusing to take him seriously even as a black leader. So why'd he do it? I don't buy Hillary's excuse. He didn't "get carried away," and it wasn't about "sleep deprivation," any more than their marriage is about love....

The dolts over at DU keep talking about how late-deciders inevitably break heavily for the challenger. This is the one thing that has me worried. Otherwise, the nubmers appear to be shaping up pretty good. Can anyone shed any light on this phenomenon? It is true that undecideds are almost certain to break heavily for Kerry? If so, we could be in some trouble in very close states. ??

Golly, I saw this thread, not that long ago, a couple of times, about some registrations being destroyed, that implicated Republicans, but it disappeared and i'm not quite sure why.  i mean, i guess i could have used the search feature, and found it that way, but it seems like nobodys doing that anymore, so i figured, hey, go with the flow, i might as well clutter up the site with another vanity, right?  so maybe if someone could post a link, or far better, post the story and ping me, then i'll copy and paste it and post it...

While watching the debate last night, Senator Kerry said something that sounded familiar to me - something I had heard or read before - but at first I couldn't remember. The question by Lehrer was: LEHRER: New question, two minutes, Senator Kerry. "Colossal misjudgments." What colossal misjudgments, in your opinion, has President Bush made in these areas? Senator Kerry had a long response, but one part of it caught my attention. It was: "And so, today, we are 90 percent of the casualties and 90 percent of the cost: $200 billion -- $200 billion that could have been used for...

Without reading the other aricles/posts, I believe President Bush got his head handed to him in the debate tonight. I can't believe how inarticulate he was and with such a smug look on his face while looking for his answerrs. More importantly, I was disappointed that with Kerry's babblings about coalitions that Bush did not speak of sovereignty until his closing remarks. I was also disappointed that Bush did not tell Kerry there is no way of knowing the intricacies of the innner circle's state policies. And why did it take Bush in his closing comments to finally make the...
