An arrest has been made in the murder of a San Antonio woman who was killed more than a decade ago. Lillita Moke's body was found in the basement of her Monte Vista home in March of 2000, after neighbors complained of a foul odor. Friday morning, immigration officials in Canada said they caught the man police say killed her. That man is Antonio Diaz Lisenber, who was Moke's gardener. Supporters of the proposal argued that such a course would give students a more well-rounded perspective of Texas culture and people.
