I have an old, old version of MS Money and love i; it does everything I want it to for keeping track of my investments. But Microsoft stopped making Money a few years back, so that leaves one other big player in the space, Quickens software. However, when I read all of the review on Amazon it appears to be a nightmare for many people, especially those using Windows 8/8.1, which is what I am now using. From my understanding, the ACA was supposed to make it that insurance companies couldn't discriminate against people with existing conditions. So shouldn't these millions of people losing their insurance be able to just get whatever coverage they need as soon as they get cancer or something (until the insurance companies go broke)? Yet, it's sounding like no one is planning to do that. What am I missing?

I just upgraded my home PC, reluctantly so because my XP worked so well. But as all support for XP will be stopping in 4/2014, I knew I had no choice.
