Warning: this thread will contain talk of sex, nudity, and violence. If any of this is offensive please read on.
Which Character on "Rome" Are most like?
Men:
Julius Caesar - Strong, never in doubt, decisive. Plus the women love him. Has slept with Servilia and Cleopatria. Nice job.
Lucius - Duty always comes before self. Must be a strong willed man to have resisted Cleopatria.
Titus Pullo - A Man's Man; personnal demons and obsession with a slave girl may be his own end. Oh so willing to use violence.
Mark Antony. Male version of Atia. Willing to do anything to get a head.
Octavian - Later the first Emperior of Rome. Introspective and smart. However, no risk no reward.
Pompeii the Great - In the end not so great. Ran instead of fighting Caesar.
Women:
Atia - Psyco slut social climber. Slept with Mark Antony. Greedy woman, willing to do anything to a head.
Servilia - Head strong, attractive, experienced woman; Being spurned by Caeser didn't help her much. Too eager to seek vengence on Caesar's house.
Octavia - Weak woman who easily manipulated by others. However, she's only woman in Rome to have discovered the bikini waxing salon.
Niobe - Octavia needs to be more like her, for Octavia's sake when she eventually married Antony. Right now Niobe needs to step up to plate and be honest with Lucius.
Probably closest to Pullo.
BTW, if you've seen "King Arthur", the guy who played Pullo is one of the Knights. Specifically, the one who chops thru the ice...
I don't receive HBO (or cable, or satellite, for that matter), but the show looks like fun.
