The sun is burning hotter than usual, offering a possible explanation for global warming that needs to be weighed when proceeding with expensive efforts to cut emissions of greenhouse gases, Swiss and German scientists say.

Well theres a revelation for the ignorant!
Impossible.
It is over 93 million miles away, besides al(l pig) says the Earth’s core is millions of degrees and that is the source of the heat.
Wow....Who would ever think that the sun has something to do with global warming????
Here in the Seattle area we have had much cooler than normal temperatures for the month of June, July, and now August. It really does feel like September
Clearly, those sun dwellers are driving big SUVs and using too much oil. Jerks.
I swear I thought I just read hot butter warming the earth...seems about as reasonable as any of their other weather theories.
Then why has the Earth’s thermosphere dropped in size on an unprecedented level? Does a hotter burning Sun make the Earth’s atmosphere shrink?
You lucky duck!
Sorry but global warming is being caused by too much friction going on. Friction causes heat and the only way to combat friction is the application of the proper lubrication........
That is question for an expert like Algore. It’s above Barry’s pay grade, so don’t ask him.
The sun eh? Who would have thought it could be the sun that causes warming?
(Except, perhaps, the folks over at the University of East Anglia)
LOL..
Who said the earth is heating? His premise is all wrong for his arguement. The earth has been cooling. Has it not? Let’s look at the numbers. Not since 1860, but geologically and archaeologically(sorry I’d I misspelled, never had to spell either of those words). If there’s no global warming, the sun has no immediate effect.
If the earth and atmosphere wants us off, it will be like a dog shaking off a bad case of fleas. We are ok today, and its nothing to do with humans.
Can’t tell you what will happen an hour from now. I’m not concerned with that.
Possibly ??
Imagine that, once they all ran out of money; they have clarity.
I guess we could get a second opinion from Al Gore; asking him how the earth does stay warm
and hear him explain how the Sun is not a giant microwave, which for the last 30 years has been set on the maximum setting
The Sun + the Earth-Orbit-around-the-Sun + the tilt of the Earth’s axis + the dynamics of the cycle of changes in all three of those things are, taken together, what constitutes the primary heat source for the Earth’s atmosphere, and it is what determine the atmosphere’s cycles of changes - not the Earth’s “insulation”; the affects of which can only modify, not create, the cycles - warming and cooling - created by the primary heat source.
If you buy “Sun Credits” from me, I’ll give you a glass of ice water.
Algore just might have the thermostat for the sun stored at the UN and if we pay him enough, maybe he would ask Soros to turn the temp. up. If we get too cold, maybe, for a price, Al would turn the temp down?
Last I heard, every scientist in the world (except for the evil deniers who hate science) agrees that we should pay Algore oodles of money to control the temp. of the earth. If the smart people think we should pay up, who are we to question the all knowing earth gods? Maybe we should just storm the UN and take over the sun’s thermostat!
You mean to tell me, it is not suv’s afterall??? How did these globalist shysters think they could get away with this big lie?! Through total control of the media and a greedy, politically active bunch of “scientists”, they almost did!
When my son was in the fifth grade and first heard about Algore’s human activity warming theory, he said, “mom, I would think the sun causes the earth to heat up and cool down.”
