Obviously NOBODY on FR loves Romney.
But as my man Mark Steyn says
We have a terribly flawed candidate and it’s up to us to drag him across the finish line a winner.
Seems to me Romney is focusing on the economy and not allowing Hussein to draw him into an argument about things that are less important to the electorate right now.
Wrongney is a hand-wringing idiot politician.
I am absolutely disgusted that he became our nominee, and I will not support him or the Socialism Lite stupidity that he so obviously supports.
And your point is? Consider the alternative. Everyone else had their chance-or flaked out.
MEET THE NEW MITT SAME AS THE OLD MITT
About time he’s consistent about something.
Get ready for Ross Perot part II
Tag line
“We have a terribly flawed candidate and its up to us to drag him across the finish line a winner.”
OK but what will we do after he crosses the finish line?
Quit whining.
We have an election to win.
Like the Constitution?
If you are a politician, you stick to the issues that that are easy and that win you votes.
If you’re a leader, you address the issues which will make or break the country, and public opinion be damned.
Hopefully have a good enough Congress to pass bills we want and Mitty won’t veto them.
(this is probably wishful thinking, I know)
I don't see him overcoming that 10 million vote deficit that Obama handed McCain last election!
You don't win against Democrat vote fraud masters that way ~ they're already there and you've lost.
I respectfully disagree.
Romney is an untested neophyte. If we hold him to a higher standard, he will do great things.
(maybe).
Obama is horrible. In every way.
Palin BUMP
Romney is the fake bully on the playground who goes after the weaker kids(his primary opponents with major help from his PAC) but when faced with the six foot tall leader bully(Bam), he cowers and runs away.
If you’re a leader, you address the issues that will put you in a position to make the changes needed.
Right now, those issues have (almost) everything to do with economics.
Get a grip.
Newt Gingrich was my guy all the way in the primaries but it seems to me now that he has been nominated Mitt has been running a smart campaign. Like it or not BHO has got to go and Romney is our only choice. My prayer is once elected Romney will govern more to the right.
