How can the feds possibly justify need to know for any of those people??
Everyone should have their security clearances revoked the day they leave their job.
Yes. I think the last friend looking for a job told me that he had 2 years; and I realize it doesn’t mean access.
Don’t forget Eric the Red. Putin knows what Eric knows.
I’ve always found Rand Paul to be an interesting character. If you polled every American on their political philosophies and priorities and compared them to members of Congress, I’ll bet Rand Paul comes closer to the typical American political profile than anyone else in Congress.
You make perfect sense!
Typically, those who’ve had these positions maintain their very high, top level, security clearances as a courtesy when they leave office, in the event they might be called upon to share their expertise. However, this group has gone out of its way to damage the current sitting president and his cabinet, and in the process, damage the United States of America. Their security clearances (and pensions) should be pulled as they are hauled off to federal prison.
North Korea, Iran, and since he is on a roll, he should go after Obama’s pistoleros.
Should be easy - just compare to any public employee or low level government employee. ie) average Americans.
When you leave a job, do you get to keep your computer access? access to trade secrets? company files? financial information?
Hell No!
Let them start over....Let their new employer shoulder that burden.
“Brennan should not be within 10,000 feet of the White House. He should have a restraining order.”
.
Why has this not already been done, like a year ago?
.
Agreed..!!
I lost my CNWDI clearance the day I left my job requiring it.
.
All of the people mentioned should have had their clearance revoked permanently for their misdeeds in office.
Never should they be allowed such access again.
They all belong in prison at the least.
It’s not just to benefit the employer, and not really at all to benefit the employee. It benefits the government to have the efficient continuity and to be able to skip over some of the endless bureaucracy; at least that’s how I understand it.
Agreed. I assumed they had been cut off during transition. I’m surprised they still have clearance.
.
There is no benefit to the American people for traitors and scoundrels to have security clearance.
.
.
Really, you’re quite a dreamer.
