Dancing to this music will definitely take the pounds off. Something I need to do if I want to reach my goal of 100 total pounds lost by my next weigh-in on December 21.
YOU GO, PJ! Thanks for sharing. You look great!
I might not make it to Broadway but perhaps I will perform that when I go on the Caribbean Cruise next year in the ship’s ballroom.
- I warm up with simple high knee prancing for about 2 minutes, at a pace at which I can speak in full sentences.
Then I pick up the pace for 20 seconds, working hard enough that I'm too winded to speak. Slow it down to and just walk for 1 to 2 minutes. Add another 20-second effort, slow for 2 minutes and then add a last 20-second effort. Cool down for 2 minutes at easy pace.
I'm in my 70s. It takes me about 10 -15 minutes. Twice a week since September has dropped 18 lbs and three belly inches.
That is amazing! Very impressive. Thank you for sharing.
A few weeks ago I couldn’t have done that but after I started running recently for the first time in years, leg muscles I hadn’t used in a looooong time came back into play again. Also with my weight loss, my energy level has been SURGING lately.
Too Fat Polka
Okay, that might have been me a year ago which was why my wife told me I had to lose 100 pounds to go on the Caribbean Cruise. I’m almost there.
(And I hope it’s a short cruise—they are killers for diets!)
You look pretty good. When you said the words “too fat” I could not help myself.
The good news is that with Low Carb if you gain weight it is easy to take it off quickly.
For a moment I thought those were seersucker pants.
No. Just regular pans sans ironing.
