Oh Boy! We get to watch what plans exist for civil disobeyers in a globalist controlled state.

Corrupt government has no problem selectively enforcing the law. They prefer it that way.

You don’t have to target practice with a high capacity magazine. A 10-round is fine. The rifle will weigh a little more with a loaded 30-round magazine, but that won’t affect your aim.

Its a joke, they can ban them, they can stop selling them in the state, but the black market will prevail. They can’t stop drugs, and they’re going to stop 30rd. magazines? Duhhhh. So far the Magazine holders have not marched on the state capital to protest with live fire. Its not going to stop crime, its just going to make those who fear crime,in the non gated communities become more vulnerable victims.

In response to a Feinstein question our latest Supreme Court appointee said the 2nd Amendment covered firearms in common usage. So, when did a firearm not include the magazine, which commonly accompanies it?
I remember being told by a friend I could get what people now call an assault rifle and 30 rounds magazines for what I paid for books for a semester at college back in 1965. I was just making ends meet, so I passed up getting an M-1 carbine and a bunch of magazines. In a recent America Rifleman magazine, I saw an article saying the CMP sold them for $30, I could have probably gotten everything for less than $100

In the transition from reality, reason, individual personal happiness, natural rights, limited government, ordered liberty, and capitalism to irrationality, emotionalism, nihilism, altruism, collectivism, mass dependency, egalitarianism, force, statism, and socialism,
leftards require:
mind control
gun controls
environmental controls
economic controls
health controls
divisiveness and group warfare

In regards to the Supreme Court, I figure 99% of the problem is not nominating and seating justices that personally own guns. The result of packing the court with non-gun owners is animosity toward respecting and enforcing the second amendment.

"...The states are not about mass confiscation, they are about individual confiscation and criminalization..."
Gungrabbers are comfortable playing the long game and seek to put a spotlight on us via our families, jobs, assets, and other cudgels to drive division.
Maybe lawful gun owners will find bank accounts and credit cards frozen due to a misunderstanding about earlier firearms/magazine ownership not yet resolved?
When they finally twist the screws hard enough to get down to final 3% of patriotic Americans, the last steps will be done with remarkable force.
The media will publish absurdly breathless reports about the armory/arsenal uncovered at each raid with over 100 rounds of ammunition (gasp!) confiscated at each.
You can be certain they will conveniently find kiddie porn, mass murder plans, and illegal drugs at nearly house they someday raid. Bank on it.

Thank you. A most salutary reminder that the tenth Amendment extends the right of nullification not just to the States, but to the People.

This is wonderful news. And I would expect no less from patriots. The question is ... when do we start watering the tree of Liberty with those who would chop it down? For as long as these attacks on liberty go unpunished, they will continue. When they want your ammo, it's time to BLOAT!
When they want your rifle, it's time to buy 2 more!
When they want your magazines, it's time to stuff 'em and stack 'em!
Oh, and it's also time to avoid deep water! Too many of you yahoo's don't know how to keep your boat afloat.

I'm fully aware of that, I have several for my P-226 and other hi-cap handguns..
My point was that the range master had better make sure there are no hi-cap mags being used instead of ignoring the ban and letting his customers use them on his property. It's too easy to get busted by an undercover LEO posing as a customer.....
