Nope. Possession of each magazine (disassembled or not) is a Class III Felony.
Each magazine will cost the holder 18 months in prison, $10,000 fine, plus lifelong surrender of firearms rights. They are not messing around.
Dana Loesch and Evan Nappen have been spreading the word about the New Jersey legislation in that crazy state.
