he brought up some excellent points-
“There are no military grade rifles being sold at gun shows. AR-15’s are not military grade weapons!” and then said a person would be a fool to go into war with a gun that shoots .22 caliber bullets in semi auto mode only- He’s right- it is NOT a military grade weapon, but the left want everyone to think that because it looks like a ‘scary rifle’ it must be farm ore deadly than any other semi auto out there- it is not!
He speaks the truth and has my respect.
Most gun grabbers really think the AR in AR-15 stands for ASSAULT RIFLE. This is the level of arrogant ignorance we’re dealing with.
the Republicans need to run to the Cameras - and tell the American people that Joe Biden’s own son committed a Felony by lying on a Federal Gun Application - and nothing was done!
If they do that, see Chuckie Schumer slow to a crawl on his new legislation he’s forcing a Vote on and telling all the Reporters about.

Thanks. Sadly, this seems to assume that we’re dealing with reasonable people. And, we know we’re not.

And then there was the Congresswoman that said you can just ban the sale of large capacity magazines and that will solve the problem. (You don’t need to confiscate them). Because once the magazine runs out of bullets they have to be thrown away! (Sheila Brown or somesuch.)
My advice to patriots and reasonable men:
NEVER talk to anti gunners. Do not try to educate them. They will only use whatever you tell them to further their opinions and insanity.
They will not learn because they are not in front of you to learn. Instead tempt them into a position where they want to learn. If they are there to protest they will only protest.
No way that kid should have been able to get that weapon. Cops knew he was a troubled soul. No good comes from arming the deranged like that. Time for some common sense. Now is not the time to not pick on the definition of whether it was technically “military grade.”
Beto just ended his political career with that stunt he just pulled.

The Democrats are known to tax, legislate, and restrict almost every 'right' known to the lawful citizenry.
They are known to quote :" WE are a nation of laws"
However, the application of law is not equally applied depending on your nationality, race, sex, who your father is, etc., etc.
There is a reason why "Lady Liberty" stands in NYC with her eyes covered while balancing the scales of Justice.
The principle is correct, however it is the application of supposed equal justice that needs repair.
I've not seen that the loser in question actually used an AR - only quote about the weapon I've seen is pistol.

1. We have this idiotic process of sealing juvenile records. This kid could have stolen 100 cars, set a dozen houses on fire, and tortured animals every day of his life as a minor ... but a background check conducted on his 18th birthday would show that he's a law abiding citizen.
2. HIPAA confidentiality laws prevent the disclosure of mental health records to the police.
In other words ... The combination of #1 and #2 means that the background check process for a firearms permit won't even reveal anything about the people who should never own a firearm.
No. Pick apart every single point they try and make. The reasonable ones off to the side will soon see that EVERY point they try is a lie.

I like the old WWII M-1 Carbine. Compact, light weight, 15 round magazine (or 30 round banana), and NOT scary looking! A true military grade weapon that doesn't look the part. Killed lots of Japs and quite a few Krauts.
