Looking for advice...Those of us in Texas have no experience in Rioting. There is a really good chance that the Mavs will finish off the Heat tomorrow night and I'm really worried that us Texans will just look foolish trying to Riot with no experience at it.
I'm afraid it will be embarrassing, most of us will try to buy Flat Screens, storm a Wal-Mart with coupons, pick up trash instead of dumping it on the streets, and the minute the cops tell us to disperse we're all going to do it...
It will just be silly, if we start any fires most of us will just rush off to the fire stations where we are all volunteers and then come back and put them out.
Any advice from Los Angeles would be appreciated.
Let's Go MAVS!
The Time is Now(itzki)!
As Laker fan go for flat screen TVs at Walmart or best buy LOL!

To listen to the majority of people on this site, this only happens in evil Los Angeles.
Welcome to the club!
I just bought Ann Coulter’s book tonight.
I just stole it for Facebook, too.
If the Mavericks choke away this rare golden opportunity, the sports drought continues with our last major sport championship remaining the 1999 Stanley Cup with the Stars.
"Almost but not quite" has unfortunately become the norm around here since the 21at Century. The Rangers win the ALCS but flop in the WS, TCU has a perfect season and wins the Rose Bowl but only manages second in the BCS. The Cowboys win the division but crash in the playoffs (or tournament as Parcells called it). FC Dallas lost the MLS Championship (in overtime) last year. We even lost, barely I'm told, the Boeing HQ to Chicago for yet another second place finish.
...and Dallas Baptist lost to Cal (7-0) in the Super Regional.
The typically unreliable, lamestream Wikipedia is generally not too bletcherous in sports. Their Sports Drought article is interesting. Poor Cleveland.
Well, at least I’m gonna post your Freeper handle when I post this to Facebook! That is one funny bit of composition, my friend :-)
Sadly, it did happen here before and it could happen again given the thug quotient and hot weather.
“Funniest quote I’ve heard so far came from a Heat fan who said, “never ask LeBron for change for a dollar, He’ll give you .75 cents but you’ll never get that fourth quarter out of him.”
LMAO,Good one.
“I was a Miami Heat fan since 1990, because I was born and raised in South Florida. However, these guys are embarassing. Game five was the worst. Lebron James screamed at his teammate Mario Chalmers to leave the game so that he can return to the court. I used to think that was the coachs job. By the way, Mario Chalmers score 9 points in the last 9 minutes at that point, including a half court 3 pointer to close the first half, he is red hot. Unlike Lebron James has been thus far in the finals. It is like they are not even coached. They are just a bunch of ball hogs. Lebron James who used to draw comparisons to Michael Jordon. To be honest, there is one athlete I might start comparing him to, the way he behaved in Cleveland and from what I can see in this finals. That is Mike Tyson.”
Good take on it and I agree.
