A new look at the human Y chromosome has overturned longstanding ideas about its evolutionary history. Far from being in a state of decay, the Y chromosome is the fastest-changing part of the human genome and is constantly renewing itself.

Reduced to everyday language would probably look like this;
To have good kids it matters what kind of man a woman choses.

Evolutionary theory really has gotten little correct regarding molecular genetics.
I wonder if evolutionary pressures affecting primarily males might have an effect here?
Throughout most of our history as humans, bands/tribes competed for women and space. Then a band was defeated, the males were slaughtered and the women acquired by the victors.
In the Old Testament, the Jews were instructed to kill all the males. Before slavery became common, this was the norm. Even after slavery, enslaved males were far less likely to reproduce than enslaved females.
IOW, we are all descended from males that won wars. The losing males were removed from the gene pool.
Seems to me this creates enormously greater evolutionary pressure on males than on females.
I don’t know about this. With Obama, his “gay” chromosome “evolved” pretty damn fast. He barely got the words out of his mouth that he was evolving and his “judges” made it “constitutional” for two males to get “married”.
No way in hell with the idiots in charge of the country, the dumbed-down tech addict propaganda-filled next gen coming up behind us, the resurgence of the mass death cult muzzies and all of their slaughtering, and the paralyzed remnants of western civilization playing kiss butt to previous while hoping to keep thier heads attached, is man in any way, shape or form, evolving.
We’ve peaked, we’re going down. Idiocy is the virus. There doesn’t seem to be enough rational thinking or common sense left to stop the momentum.
This is just the micro-biological level of what we all know. Men have wider dispersion around the mean than women on all sorts of metrics: intelligence, risk taking, strength, creativity…
Maybe now it will learn to stop and ask for directions....

Men always have to hurry woman along. You can be in the car and starting the engine in order to get to catch a plane at the airport, and the ladies will still be touching up makeup or yakking at the door with some other dame.
