A now retired LT COL who was an instructor there wrote a long witness statement on the actions of this communist, how he had been insubordinate, wearing civilian clothes when forbidden, several other things and apparently it went into someone’s drawer and was never acted on.

The destruction of America’s foundations went further and deeper than any of us could have imagined during the previous administration. He did fundamentally change America.

So then, he was lying, under oath, when he took his oath of service allegiance? That’s a crime punishable by dishonorable discharge, isn’t it?

Probably another hole Obama bored, that needs patching. It’s going to take quite a while to clean up the mess HE made.

As a Vietnam vet, I too am horrified that USMA produced a commie graduate.

I'd be more worried about the Air Force Academy graduates than West Pointers. Except for the fighter pilots, the rest of the Air Force is closer to civilian life.

For example, Greg Popovich, the loud mouth liberal coach of the Spurs is a graduate of the AFA.

*** “Hell in 1984 to be accepted as a special weapons handler NIS agents interviewed several people in my home town including my Pastor and the Principle of my high school” ***

1973 my friends and their parents my High School Principal the Chief of Police (I had an entire Glove Box full of Tickets for Excessive Noise (Tires, Muffler) Conducting Speed Contest, Open Container, Minor in Possession, Minor in Possession by Consumption, Curfew... etc)
You would have thought that I would have been Public Enemy #1
Actually all the Cops liked me, I was best friends with my High School Principals Dad, the Judges all agreed that I paid my Fines and was not as bad a repeat offender as others... It was just how it was in the 70’s
High School kids did Dumb Teenager stuff
All of that Research and NIS sat me down and told me what a reprobate I was ... then they said “WE KNOW” so don’t be worried about Blackmail, “WE ALREADY KNOW”
My NIS Interview was actually a good experience
(Special Weapons Guard Duty)

The Army knows exactly where he is and who he is and promoted him anyway. So now we need to be asking “Maddog” Mattis and President Trump why?

The officer equivalent of a dishonorable discharge is called Dismissal from the Service but its the same thing. And yes, I think he qualifies.

There were members of my class who were 2nd Lts in the National Guard for about six months before graduation. Then they transferred over to the Reserves on graduation.

Don’t count on it, this is Obama’s army, the same one that left Nidal Hassan slide through knowing full well what he thought and did prior to becoming a murderer, who still has not been to trial.

We should be asking “Maddog” Mattis why this guy is still in the Army. He was going to restore the military but has not lifted a finger to roll back the left wing social experiments.

It should be obvious by now that there are certain people placed in certain places by an authority unknown but very powerful. I recall eg the Christmas bomber (or maybe the shoe bomber) who was escorted through the security at his departure gate in Africa without any search whatsoever, and without explanation, in full view, by persons unknown. The Jihadi major who did the Fort Hood shootings was likewise out in the open for all to see but clearly was protected in his mission. There are no doubt others that can be recalled.
